I don't remember where I heard this song for the first time but I really liked the vibe, her voice, etc. Years later, it's used in many dance videos and I recognized it immediately. Now when I hear it, I only think of ballroom dancing. 😂 And just this year, I youtubed her actually video. So all these yrs I've been just listening without knowing the lyrics or how she looked like. The Russian girl is Diana Ankudinova. She sang Indila's song for an audition on a talent show at the age of 14. Diana also has the song "Rechenka" (also at age 14) and "Can't stop falling in love". Highly recommend those two song. Absolutely amazing singer!

It's more like a maid and immigrate ( because she said "je suis une enfant du monde" mean i am a child of the world) who worked in the rich district of paris and she was fired and kicked out from her room usually the maids used to live in a very small room called maid room (chambre de bonne) so now without work ot roof she walk aimlessly in the streets of Paris. .

TH-cam does the subtitles. Go to your settings in the video and switch the subtitles language.
We keep them in English for us to read as we watch and react to the videos. Without the English subtitles we would have no idea what the songs are about.
