The docklands depot and loading cranes can overlap with each other's zones. So you can essentially build a box out of them with their zones all facing each other.

On your way to selling ships why not take some islands on the way and raze them or claim shares and loot items? At the very leadt just to slow your enemies a bit, and remind them your there😅
I'd love it if you did the first person view through your streets more often. Only like ten seconds at a time, I'm not suggesting a whole tour, but it could be a fun change of pace every now and then. The city probably looks amazing from the ground!
Do you actually have to go to the new world first to get an island or can you just relax and play in the old world and then go to the new world at some point without having any worse chances of getting a good island?
why don't u invade a island and steal there items and then destroy the island harbor and sell or use items or is that against the rules of the 1 island challenge
What are your computer specs? Specifically RAM? And what would be needed to play with all dlc, i currently play without with 16gb and even now it occasionally crashes due to lack of RAM

You can only have 14 export contracts per island i thought which means you will never unlock cotton since you wont have another island to get to 20.

Manola is always reserved for the player but the rest of the islands will probably be all taken if you take too long

I have now 64 GB. With 16 Anno was crashing, with 32 Anno was not running smoothly.
