Good afternoon. Really impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the boats you produce, but just wondering, do you do widebeam boats or plan too?

What a beautiful boat attention to detail is second to none seen a few of there finished boats and look amazing only thing I would like is a white ceiling to bounce the light around and big square windows in stead of the small porthole windows but that is just my taste 😀👍

I love absolutely everything about this boat. I realise pricing can be individual based on preferences and I also realise prices are somewhat buoyant just now - but could you give a ballpark price range for something like this?

We came to see you guys and were really impressed by the two of you and your aged dog. The quality of your boats is undeniable but all that wood panelling makes it look so dated. We were interested in a light white interior but you were too fixed in your old fashioned ways to even consider it. Great boats but for a certain clientele

Why would you even consider going to a bespoke boat fitter, famed for their quality wood fitments when you all you need is a bland magnolia white wash? Please consider who is dated in their ideas 😁

I have a 2007 mass produced 60 ft liverpool boat, it has light oak wood panelling throughout, it gives a warm cozy feel that looks as good today as it did 14 years ago, while I agree clinically white walls are brighter but not as warm.
it really is a personal choice, the wood work on Braidbar boats is superb which is lovely to see and hopefully copy some ideas to my boat ;D...

@@bobbelcat I too can't stand that painted white clinical looking interiors
The wood makes the boat look warm like a floating cottage
When I get mine it's wood throughout

Couple of points I fitted a slide in bottom step on my boat so the wardrobe door would open fully whoops forgot to pull it back out luckily my wife was not hurt when she came down the steps and didn't see it was not there yours is two steps high I would suggest you have the client sign a disclaimer to avoid any liability for any accidents.Second point just a silly one why do you and just about everyone call a narrowboat with the galley at the back reverse layout as since the very first narrowboat ever made the cooking was done on the stove fitted just inside the back doors and they slept at the front of the cabin exactly like the boat you are calling reverse layout makes little sense ?????

We provide a full and comprehensive safety briefing when we hand over any of our boats to our clients.
In regards to calling it a reverse layout, yes you are right in a historical sense, I think this term has just become the norm for modern narrowboat layouts.
