Taking Care of a Newborn can be Lonely

I am an introvert. I yearn to be alone most of the time. That is until I had this baby. Its probably a mix of hormones, baby blues and giving this baby 24 hour care, but its still something that has to be managed. Check in for some of the ways I manage the newborn mommy lonely phase.
