Ok wow. Watching an elderly, blind baboon trust in her human family to guide her and keep her safe I think is one of the most beautiful things I've seen.
The boys grew up with her as a Huge Part Of their lives...Cindy's out lived her contemporarys. His mum is there for bath time?!...now that...says sooo much about how much Cindy is loved

I am a nurse and I can tell you you would be a marvelous nurse working with seniors who need special care, but I’m glad you’re giving your love to Cindy are making the last years of her life happy, it is sad to think that so many humans are treated more poorly than this lovely animal in the last years of their lives. you are both wonderful.

I hope she's on anti inflammatory medication for her arthritis? Animals work very hard to hide any infirmity. If she's showing this degree of pain, then it is really severe.
It takes incredible commitment to take care of these kind of animal and she lived this long means she’s been extremely cared and loved. I know Cindy’s family knew she’s at the end of her life and I can see Ruben’s eyes sadness sometimes. Thank you for sharing her life to us.

Poor Cindy. At her age, and with her limited activities, she probably has painful joints. This is probably why it takes her so long to get to where she is going. She clearly likes a warm bath. Probably feels good on her stiff joints. She is a very lucky lady indeed. Kudos to your mom Ruben. It is obvious that she loves Cindy too.
In another video, he explained that his mum rescued Cindy when she was only a few days old and raised her. Cindy treated her as her mother, and 5 years later when Ruben and his brother were born, she treated them as her younger siblings.
