That is not true, the volume 2 shows you how to use many products like humbrol, Tamiya, Vallejo, gouache paints, oils, etc not only his products. Bad review
Not sure what part of the video you are referring to, but it's pretty clear the books feature other products (as they are pictured in many of the pages) and he even mentions them around 8:32 or so.
I have book #2 and have to say it is amazing! Helped me out with so many new techniques and improved existing ones.
I have book 2 and the only thing that annoyed me was the tiny print, yes I'm old but I've never seen printing that small in a book of this type.

This video literally says that book features the use of many different brands and not just Wilder’s own. Did you watch it?
