I knew Chandra was the x-ray telescope.
When you first said we can't do it from earth, I said to myself "Yeah, that's why we put them (telescopes) in space. The x-ray one is the Chandra one).

While the atmosphere helps us with a lot of things, viewing in some wavelengths is not one of them. Thank You!
