Great idea for a mobile printer but remember folks...if you live in an aggressive (colder/hotter) climate reconsider exposing electronics at ambient temperatures outside of the manufacturers stated temperature range...goes for printers, toner, etc.
Exactly I’m in Florida and I can tell you I use a legit portable printer made by HP and those are meant to be moved around. They have actually battery operated so you can either plug it in or use as a battery. I am a people person so most of the time my clients do not mind me printing at their house with my printer or they let me scan at their house after I finish the closing a chat with them about everything I get them distracted and sometimes even let me use their Wi-Fi so. I think the The want thing that can really help you be over. Efficient is to be a people person to make the Signer feel very comfortable being very friendly and don’t be afraid to ask for help and let them know. Hey this is for you. This way your file is closed right away and you’ll get your funding immediately and they’ll be more than happy to let you scan and print at their location
Great tips! Thank you for sharing. I'm newly getting started but would like to add a tip regarding food spills/issues. Keep a "Tide To Go" stick or "Shout To Go" in your cars for backup. Best wishes to all.
These hacks are great and I’m planning to do the mobile office as well. If you do this with the battery hardwired to recharge be sure there is an inline fuse installed. I have a Jeep XJ that recently had a relay started smoking on its own without anything turned on and a fuse shut it off. Definitely yes with the fire extinguisher. I’m planning to get an earlier Honda CRV down the road to do notary work and that is because those CRV’s actually have a folding table built in right in the back.

Yes!!! Gotta have that extra table and lighting. So many signers want to sign outside but for some reason are not prepared when the loan signing agent arrives. I now notify them during the confirmation call that we need a sturdy table and lighting but still bring extra lights. The towel is helpful as some also want to sign outside during a light rain. So furniture can be damp. And on and on. Let’s gooooooooo. This is an awesome episode!!! P.s I picked up and awesome Coleman folding table at WalMart in camping dept, light and sturdy. Just add bungie cords for windy days to hold docs.

I mean, I know most of the time they get the documents but I also know that there have been cases where they don't get them and blame the LSA and they don't have a way to defend themselves because of lack of proof.
Mark, another hack I use is keeping hand sanitizer wipes nearby to remove stains from my clothing 5 mins before an appointment. The more alcohol content, the quicker the dry time. The BEST part is that it dries clear without a ring stain left behind. I learned that hack in the Navy to quickly remove makeup stains from my white uniform.
@@jorgegalicia4516 There are numerous little hacks to prove that you dropped it-such as picture of your hand dropping it in the fed ex box. Remember-first choice is to get a receipt when possible but if it is between fed exing the next day or getting them out the same day-YOU GET THEM OUT!

Hi Annie!! This is a great question!! The answer to your question is no. Other students have found different ways to power everything a Notary Loan Signing Agent has in their mobile office!! I simply share these mobile set ups to give you ideas and inspire you!! You are able to create the mobile Notary set up that works best for you!! My job is to give you ideas and show you what works for other students!! Hope this helps!!!
Something to think about! Improper ventilation, hydrogen gas from the battery can explode. There is a reason auto makers do not put batteries in the cab of vehicles. Also you would need a fire extinguisher that is rated for ACID.
This is awesome, I would like to see a video where a printer is inside the car maybe the backseat instead of the trunk. I live in rainy Seattle & wouldn’t want to stand the cold rain just to print.

I’m a mobile notary do I don’t understand why you didn’t get the portable printer like I did. I know it’s expensive. Retail value is 500 but I’ve gotten no eBay for 150 including the battery in those are meant to travel much smaller and they can bring the same amount of Pages as a regular laser printer. I have an awesome HP portable printer scanner copy machine and he has already paid her self with only one job extra that I was able to get on a Friday that day. I just parked the car print right out of my trunk and make the extra $400 that day. The only thing is the sprinter is a little bit of more expensive because it is a cartridge printer, but I only use it for sellers packages, other signing or re printing on case of title company mistakes. In that case, I charge for the reprint at least an extra 20 bucks

My main concern about becoming a LSA and taking your course has to do with location and time. Yes, I'm in a large city. I'm in North Tampa and in the beginning, I'd prefer to be able to get assignments in my general area of N. Tampa only and have those between 8AM and noon because I have virtual students at home. I'm having doubts that this will be possible and that my area is saturated with LSA's.

Hi, I'm interested in the course. I just got my notary public certificate from my county in Georgia. I was told this is an attorney state and I could not make that much money, only minimum fees as a notary not as a loan signing agent. If so, how can I make money? Is the course worth buying? How will your course help me as a loan signing agent if I can't get paid as one. Really, need the freedom. So many TH-camrs praise your course. Help!
I love ❤️ all of these hacks. For the first time ever today I brought lunch it was just a sandwich with ice pack to keep it cool but it did feel great to not buy anything. I save the bottles of water people give me and fill my cup with ice at qt you get free ice! You can also use their microwaves. Now the reason I mention this is because I’m in Arizona. I’m sure the warmer will not be needed since you can fry an egg in the floor! Also my ice pack will probably melt before my lunch goes bad!!! :( and I’m not sure how a battery will do in my trunk in over 110 degrees outside which increases to double inside. I’m thinking the mobile thing only works with the exception of summer in Arizona. Unless someone has a hack doe keeping everything cool inside the car??? Oh how I wish I could set this up in my car! 😭

Please beware of leaving docs in drop boxes. They do break down and unfortunately couriers either don't think to put an out of order sign on it, or don't have paper available to do so. Also, you can order Fed Ex supplies for free on line. I want to know how to keep a printer in the car in the summer time 🤫 Good luck everyone 🤑

Something to think about! Improper ventilation, hydrogen gas from the battery can explode. There is a reason auto makers do not put batteries in the cab of vehicles. Also you would need a fire extinguisher that is rated for ACID.

And the short answer to your question about being a notary in 2 different states is a yes and no!
You can be a signing agent in any state that will give you a notary commission-just have to apply, if they give your commission you are set!!

This video came right on time! I have been looking for SUV’s because I thought I needed a larger vehicle for an office. I’m so glad I found this video because now I can save thousands of dollars by getting a sedan. Is it possible to have the guy show us how he mounted his objects to the wood and measurements?

I’m a mobile notary do I don’t understand why you didn’t get the portable printer like I did. I know it’s expensive. Retail value is 500 but I’ve gotten no eBay for 150 including the battery in those are meant to travel much smaller and they can bring the same amount of Pages as a regular laser printer. I have an awesome HP portable printer scanner copy machine and he has already paid her self with only one job extra that I was able to get on a Friday that day. I just parked the car print right out of my trunk and make the extra $400 that day. The only thing is the sprinter is a little bit of more expensive because it is a cartridge printer, but I only use it for sellers packages, other signing or re printing on case of title company mistakes. In that case, I charge for the reprint at least an extra 20 bucks

Prius is a serious game changer for signing agents!
My main concern about becoming a LSA and taking your course has to do with location and time. Yes, I'm in a large city. I'm in North Tampa and in the beginning, I'd prefer to be able to get assignments in my general area of N. Tampa only and have those between 8AM and noon because I have virtual students at home. I'm having doubts that this will be possible and that my area is saturated with LSA's.

Hi, I'm interested in the course. I just got my notary public certificate from my county in Georgia. I was told this is an attorney state and I could not make that much money, only minimum fees as a notary not as a loan signing agent. If so, how can I make money? Is the course worth buying? How will your course help me as a loan signing agent if I can't get paid as one. Really, need the freedom. So many TH-camrs praise your course. Help!

I love ❤️ all of these hacks. For the first time ever today I brought lunch it was just a sandwich with ice pack to keep it cool but it did feel great to not buy anything. I save the bottles of water people give me and fill my cup with ice at qt you get free ice! You can also use their microwaves. Now the reason I mention this is because I’m in Arizona. I’m sure the warmer will not be needed since you can fry an egg in the floor! Also my ice pack will probably melt before my lunch goes bad!!! :( and I’m not sure how a battery will do in my trunk in over 110 degrees outside which increases to double inside. I’m thinking the mobile thing only works with the exception of summer in Arizona. Unless someone has a hack doe keeping everything cool inside the car???

Please beware of leaving docs in drop boxes. They do break down and unfortunately couriers either don't think to put an out of order sign on it, or don't have paper available to do so. Also, you can order Fed Ex supplies for free on line. I want to know how to keep a printer in the car in the summer time 🤫 Good luck everyone 🤑
