An excellent tutorial. Very interesting and informative indeed. In my 20+ years as an Application Packager, tips like this plus the various tools and utilities stored in a packager's virtaul toolbox are so useful. A lot of knowledge can be gained of course through trial and error when on the job. However, it is always good to see someone share their knowledge to help and encourage others. Packagers unite! :) I began my packaging journey using Wise Packsge Studio which i really liked. I am currently running the trial version of Master Packager as I am looking for a cheaper alternative to Flexera's AdminStudio.I am very impressed so far with the features it provides and really like how easy and intuitive it is to use. Well dome Toms - keep up the good work! :)
User installation doesn’t work in master package or what am I missing here? It creates always install information in HKLM software when it should create it HKCU
Could you be able to add a software library that shows software we could download from vendors and create packages or something like being able to download the ps1 files from the Silent HQ
