Propaganda. What happened to a similar initiative on cassava in the same state some years back? Anyway, I want this project to surprise me. The comment at 07:10 made me laugh. The owners of the rice farm just beside my own farm saw the same rice seeds sprouting, without realizing that the nomadic pastoralists were also watching. That's how these people came one day at 4.30am to devour the rice harvest with their cows. I hope we do not see a repeat here.
