Zheng Si Wei is such a good player but also has such grace whenever he loses. All smiles and hugs to his opponents even though he lost. Sportsmanship at its best

Seo's smashes are terrifying. But Chae really stepped up as the front court player today to be able to challenge Huang. Congrats to the Korean pair, and kudos to the Chinese pair too for producing a great finals.
With injuries and her physical weakness, she's always been a suspect for poor performance in big matches, but, fortunately, she came through this time. She still needs to improve her strength and skills to be ready for the next matches, including and especially the Olympics.

I think a deserved championship for the Korean pair, since the SF the way they defeated the Japanese pair. I saw Chae Yujung controlling the front court very well not only in the SF but she carried and displayed it in the final too.. she's able to challenge Huang Yaqiong, creating a lot of soft below the net shots, she's able to find the gaps in opponent's court, making little error on her defense, her pace also stepped up, her only weakness is only when she's at back court she's not a hard hitter, but it's acceptable.... Congrats Seo/Chae... What a revenge after 9 consecutives lost you guys defeated this monster XD at the final championship event is beyond incredible 🤯🎉🎉
Honestly this is probably the best xd match this year, the rallies are simply unbelievable, kudos to both pairs and congrats seo/chae! They played really well and they are definitely climbing up the world ranks, looking forward to their future matches, they are definitely a pair to look out for! Zheng/Huang played really well too, hoping to see them come back even stronger in the next championships✌️

Congratulations to Chae/Seo. The Chinese pair should have challenged the first point of the third game though! It was in, but called out at 49:49. Could have changed the whole rhythm of the deciding game. Nevertheless, Korea played brilliantly. Gold well deserved 👏 🙌 🎉

Zheng Si Wei is a true champion, gracious in victory as in losses. That's how respect is earned and kept.
Throughout this tournament, the Koreans have played splendid. The amount of pressure they exert on their opponents is tremendous. Chae Yoo Jung probably played her best tournament ever, able to stand her ground at the net and kept the attacks coming. Amazing performance and well deserved victories. Mixed doubles have been where the action is lately. Every pair in the top 8 are able to perform at such a high level. Truly a great time to be watching Mixed doubles.

It was tense and nerve-wracking, until the last moment of the match, to watch because it all depended on how well Chae Yu Jung would perform under the immense pressure of the event, especially considering the historical implication of winning the title for Korea. She certainly didn't play perfectly, but managed to play well enough to carry her own weight towards the victory, despite the fact that her Chinese counterpart is a much better player.
Well. She is the kind who always crumble under pressure but for this final she did not. Kudos.

Between this final and the All England, Seo/Chae has been a much more entertaining rival than Watanabe/Higashino. And Seo Seungjae is a much more complete player than Watanabe despite Watanabe's clever tricks
