Hello @international shehjadi aditi. As I said to another girl on this page, unfortunately this discomfort is very witespread, but the pain is never "normal" and Period should never be painful. You too can do a lot to avoid your pain: I'm a nurse, since a lot of years I've been studying the strong period pain and some easy methods to "prevent" it, instead of only "fighting" it every time .... or suffer "like hell"! We can speak again about it, if you like and I will glad to help you not to suffer unnecessarily.
Period must never be a damnation and waiting for your news, I wish you too a nice day.

9:27 that's why parents should tell their children what are periods before this happens. My mother did the same and it helped me at the moment when my periods started because I knew what it meant and these type of questions didn't came in my mind.
