И эта фраза практически рефреном, которую родители произносят дочери: "Ты посмотри, чей он сын", имея в виду, что его папаша, сбив человека, трусливо сбежал, а потом в окно выпрыгнул, лишь бы не загреметь по статье. Чисто технический вопрос: кто внушил родителям Сан Джи, что парень, которому они давали в долг и который вернул им долг полностью, несмотря на весьма бедственное положение, будет таким же трусом, как отец? По его поступкам понятно, что он не будет бежать от проблемы. Так что Сан Ён абсолютно неправ. И его "только что пругался с подружкой" вообще НЕ оправдание.
I've never been in a situation like this one, but you have to be more understanding of her brother. Family are people who you (usually) love unconditionally; friends are the same. If something goes wrong he could lose either his sister or his friend.
