The reality is his team did not approach him and said, hey...we want you to lead us in a company called spacex to build rockets to go to mars.....no.....it was the other way round. You can replace his whole team with other engineers and still have the same result..........here is the thing.......you cannot replace elon musk and get the same result. He does have an awesome team though.
