Something to add in here is that another strategy/thing to keep in mind is to take them on more further down the pitch, so you can avoid getting in a footrace. Do you agree? By the way, absolutely Ubielivable video, I want more like these!

I'm a fast defender, stop making videos on how to beat me! J/K, it's a good video, and I can verify it, because the best attackers I play against do use skill moves, even simple ones, to create separation, and sometimes that extra foot of space is all you need to get a shot on goal or make a pass that wasn't there before.

As a fast CB myself I hate not being able to use my pace to my advantage. Attackers doing things like keeping the ball close to their feet and choosing not to to run past me is annoying. What you said about accelerating strategically is smart

I would like to add that if you are not on the wing you can use the pass option as a distraction.
Keep your head up while running with the ball, if you're looking down they'll know you want to dribble. Look at a teammate a couple of times and then accelerate or change direction, they can't defend a pass and your dribble at the same time! Let them overthink what you'll do
What is considered slow/avg/fast? For say 40 yard dash or similar

Can you mate a video on a young player playing senior level? I’m playing 6th tier in Scotland at 16 years old. I’m the youngest in my team and youngest regular starting player in the league the 2nd youngest in my team 20. Underestimated the level, thought a player who is going to play D1 soccer in the states would run rings around “old men” but a lot harder than I thought, I’m technically bar far the best but in an 11 aside game I’ve lost a few headers, 50/50 challenge and so on. Played 3 games and got 1 goal and 3 assists already and doing well but my consistency isn’t the best during a game, I do done outstanding long passes, crosses and dribble past players with ease then make a stupid mistake at the back. Any advice ?
I think a lot of players think that when they are younger and enter a mens league. It's always really physical and scrappy and you also usually won't have players that are as technical as you around you which does effect your play.
This is actually a really good opportunity for you to develop the physical side of your game. You're only 16, so you're not going to be at full size yet, but being able to toughen up through this league may help you in the long run.
Once you grow some more and put on more size, you'll natural be able to compete with them physically. So don't worry about getting too down on that for now because there isn't much you can do. Keep focusing on improving what you do have control over.

Just run a lot.. like run a few laps at normal speed first then just continue running but faster, and when you feel that you cant go anymore, thats when you need to keep running and thats how you gain stamina. Just run

You have to be a fast goal scorer. Once you have done that. Get your passes to the playmakers. Follow your playmakers. Dribbling is to catch the defence off guard when nothing is happening

Tbh, I'm an attacker and I always find it easier to do 1-2-1 with a fast defender, just pass it to a teammate and he will pass it back to you a little in the front. Also, I don't really understand how to use stepovers in a match cuz whenever I try a stepover the defender never ever gets fooled
Drop shoulder when doing stepover. Turn to Christ my friend and accept him as Lord and Saviour.
On Saturday I have a game vs the best team of the league and my team is kinda bad but me and my cousin are the best players so we have to work hard 😕
