Now it’s been so long I’m not wanting to say,” oh it’s okay, I understand.” I don’t understand and it’s not okay. I do deserve to be treated better. I do deserve the same effort and energy in return and I’ve gotten anything but with an immature guy who acts like anything he does that is viewed in a negative way, I need to never say anything and pretend he never did anything to wrong or hurt me. I have no problem admitting when I’m wrong if explanation is needed, I have no problem there either. We all have our wounds, it’s not good to compare, but it is equally not good to hold on to those wounds and use them as an excuse to continue behaving in a wounded fashion especially if you know that is what you’re doing. I sure hope he mans up someday. He really really impacted my life in a very negative way which he doesn’t even know about because he refuses to look at what is left in his wake. It sucks and feels very lonesome. I went from being someone who was highly valued in his life to nothing overnight- no reason- just because. I’m supposed to be cool with that and I’m not. That isn’t something we get to ignore especially if it flipped my whole life upside down and now I have to start over. It hit’s different when you are past “the half way” point. Someday he might understand that. I guess this is what I get giving someone so much younger a shot. I should have known better if I could take it back, at this point, I so would.
