Does anyone out there remember when on “Myth busters” Kari Byron call this movie “Jason Ten!!!!” They were testing the movie myth of what would happen if you submerge a human head in liquid nitrogen and then smash it on the table. It wasn’t the same as in the movie. 😢
That became very annoying because that was a cool kill in a bad movie and you'd have people go "Um, actually Mythbusters dispproved that kill" as though a movie about a cyborg zombie in the future must ruthlessly hew to scientific exactitude.

I actually want to the theater first thing in the morning on release day . I loved it from the first watch and I've seen it so many times since. My favorite kill in the whole series (the cyro kill) is worth a full watch alone.

Of the New Line Cinema films, Jason X actually feels like a Friday the 13th movie despite its flaws and preposterous premise. It's a guilty pleasure to watch, whereas I absolutely HATE everything Jason Goes to Hell from the writing to the production.

So this woman was basically the female version of Fry from Futurama.
What I want to know is why they did not set the future date as 2457, because then it would have been exactly 500 years since Jason allegedly drowned.
I know no one WANTS to keep up with the relationships, but how else are you gonna be invested when Jason the Christian relationship keeper lays down the Bible law on these pre marital sinners
This movie is actually a guilty pleasure for me and I do like the computerized Crystal Lake scene when he gives those two bimbos the sleeping bag treatment.
I finally just realized this Jason outing comes off like a TV show WTF?! Which ironically there was a Friday The 13th TV mini series And The Characters were Mainly Yup you Guessed it Steven and Mickey

There's so many weird things going on behind the scenes. Like the dumb names? Because screenwriter Todd Farmer was big into, and I'm serious, EverQuest.
Also worth reading is Slash of the Titans, the tale of getting Freddy vs. Jason which is longer and dumber than you could possibly imagine.

The movie was alright although the movie did came out before Freddy vs Jason making it a spoiler who won out of Freddy and Jason.
