The Truth has always struck me as that old weird conspiracy theorist with a lot of conspiracy theories but also a cool dude too. He's one of my favourite characters in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas alongside Cesar, Woozie and Toreno.
Yeah man! Truth is actually a very mysterious guy.. also toreno cause I don't understand what agency do he works for but they both seem like pretty badass characters in their own ways.
No love for ken? Well he is pretty useless but without him cj never would’ve pulled off the heist as quickly as he was able too which is the only reason I liked ken in San Andreas
Just like the strangers and freak in GTA V where Michael visit that guy at the center, but when Michael take the drug that the man give, Michael felt sick and then [BAM] Michael sees alien, its a good theory tho
I think the first mystery has some connection with Mike Toreno, as the same van was spotted near the helipad in the mission "Toreno's Last Flight". This sort of makes sense because The Truth seems to know who Toreno is judging by the way he speaks about him in "Black Project". The fact that he told Carl when he wanted to go to the hospital when Carl asked him if he was sick, his response was "No, the government is. But that's a different story". Toreno works for the government and The Truth knows this but I think if he told CJ who he was early in the game, he might have gotten abducted my Toreno's agency and questioned. That's when Truth also cold CJ that if he told him the likelihood is that he'd get a probe up his ass within a month. This is only a theory though.
Now imagine it's 2004 and you play this game for the first time. This is THE BEST GTA EVER! I don't care if GTA V's map is technically way bigger, it feels small compared to San Andreas's
GTA 5’s map feels way smaller because it’s so empty, one thing I loved about San Andreas was that they had 3 major cities and several towns scattered in between and tons of other miscellaneous things around the map it just had so much more stuff than 5’s. 5 just has Los Santos then 2 small towns and empty wilderness and mountains in between I hope whenever they drop GTA 6 it’s map will have a similar treatment to SA’s with lots of stuff around instead of being full of nothing
Maybe I'm wrong, but thought those vans in the first part were Toreno's, since when you go to cop station in Toreno's Last Flight, there are ones just like those there... Edit: the lil probe inn is based on Alien Inn, a real bar outside area 51...
Yeah this could be true too! Your theories are undoubtedly correct. Or else why the van kept spotting CJ two times. And also at some mission Toreno kept spotting CJ for some help.
This would mean Toreno was onto Carl before he even got settled into San Fierro. Extremely plausible theory friend and also very creepy to know Toreno had been keeping an eye on CJ.
I hope that Rockstar makes these myths possible, so we might finally find them in the Definitive Edition Edit: I know that everyone says it likely won't happen, but lets just be optimistic - thanks for the likes btw

The Truth deadass reminds me of the crazy man who taught Jimmy some cool fighting move in Bully. As we know if we bring 6 radio transistors and finished all the lesson, a strange light come down from above and makes him levitating. I think it's UFO and it's the last time we can see the crazy man.
for the first one, i think it's most likely that rockstar put all those cutscenes with the vans in there as filler i also like to headcanon that the guys in the vans are most probably Toreno's guys, because yknow, he's a fed.

To those vans in the first mission in San Fiero, I think those vans are time travelers for some reasons The Truth feels the energy and saying "fellow travelers" in the mission. Kinda interesting tho Bcus time travelers, UFO and aliens can or may be connected each other
I feel like Rockstar put these mysteries on purpose to confuse the players, so that we'd break our heads trying to find answers lol Edit: imagine if the definitive edition solved some of these mysteries lol

I think I have a solution for the first mystery. The vans serve no purpose but to introduce us to the city because all three objectives(Jetrho, Dwaine, Zero) are a block or two from the Doherty.
I know it's weird but a friend of mine is thinking that green goo could be the reference of modern day Covid 19! He said that word "Corona" had used in the Pilot School missions. He said that they could have used the circle or ring word but what they used was the word "CORONA". Well! I don't know about that because I didn't check it yet.
Here's my answer to all 3 of these unsolved mysteries 1: the vans have mind control machines nothing more nothing less 2: the green goo is a baby alien 3: aliens do not exist in the physical game they are only mentioned in radio stations and dialogue
I’m only 20 minutes in gta3 on the definitive edition and I’ve found so many problems with this game. No gas pumps at the gas station. The music in Salvatore house stops playing after 2 seconds and it rains inside the house . And many more. He doesn’t look down at dead bodies, he doesn’t look back at prostitutes walking by him. He doesn’t flip off cars honking at him or when people walk into him. the camera doesn’t follow behind you so you have to constantly move it yourself. He doesn’t turn his head when you look behind you and there’s no way to look around in first person like the original which would have been cool to have for making screenshots
Mh... During the talk show the host asks The Truth how he knows all of this, to which he replies that "He went to the camp." I didn't know that until today, but what camp is he talking about ? Maybe the upsilon farm ? Very interesting...

Maybe,the van is of Tenpenny and Pulaski that is transferring drugs in the big smoke's crack factory because when you play the mission “THE END OF THE LINE " you can see second floor named drug lab and truth is saying to CJ that he should not look at that van because if Tenpenny saw CJ in San fierro he can do only 2 things kill CJ or kill there whole squad with the car (my own theory)

Green Goo is such a mysterious myth.... Edit: About the mission, Wear Flowers on your head, I am not sure, but the ped skin driving the van is the Warehouse worker, I am guessing that those people were Big Smoke's drug workers, or they could be someone else.
Those vans were just prelude meant to give a shade about the drug shipment operations in San Fierro. These vans will appear and take a huge part on the succeeding missions
I think that the van could be the drug van which we plant in a mission where we have to take a vehicle ( which is a dark green merit) then we have to take it back to the parking area and call the police I think that's the mystery This is my theory don't be get offended

My theory would be that those vans we see in san fierro has to do with what we'll do next in the russian airport with The Truth, those two missions "The Black Project" and "Green Goo". I feel like he wanted to know what's hidden in these vans (as evidence), so he probably found out about those by researching himself. We all know The Truth has odd theories that might be true, hence why I thought of this theory in the first place. Granted, I've been playing this game for 16 years (since it was released, on my cousin's ps2, we all played it together, fun fact, I have the ps2 now with me, he gave it to me xD), so it does make sense to me, with all these mysteries The Truth has, gotta do with what comes next. In my theory about the green goo and The Truth, I think it has a connection with the Alien city (Andrius) mod of GTA San Andreas. In this mod, it has a futuristic storyline which feels like it really happend after the whole storyline of the original game was finished

My theory would be that those vans we see in san fierro has to do with what we'll do next in the russian airport with The Truth, those two missions "The Black Project" and "Green Goo". I feel like he wanted to know what's hidden in these vans (as evidence), so he probably found out about those by researching himself. We all know The Truth has odd theories that might be true, hence why I thought of this theory in the first place. Granted, I've been playing this game for 16 years (since it was released, on my cousin's ps2, we all played it together, fun fact, I have the ps2 now with me, he gave it to me xD), so it does make sense to me, with all these mysteries The Truth has, gotta do with what comes next.

In my theory about the green goo and The Truth, I think it has a connection with the Alien city (Andrius) mod of GTA San Andreas. In this mod, it has a futuristic storyline which feels like it really happend after the whole storyline of the original game was finished
