Je suis dubitatif... attraper le poignet de cette façon serait un gros coup de chance et il faudrait avoir beaucoup de force pour le maintenir. Pourquoi ne pas travailler avec les jambes vue qu'elles ne sont pas coincées mais en position de garde. le repousser avec des coup de pieds en tentant de frapper au visage toujours avec des coups répétés de pieds vers entre jambes, torse et menton et reprendre une distance de sécurité afin d'éloigner le danger et eventuellement pouvoir se relever rapidement (plusieurs adversaires possibles). Je trouve le rapport simplicité efficacité de cette vidéo tres peu interessant. Ca n'est que mon avis. Cordialement
