In this weekly vlog we do a lot of CrossFit! I'm finally back in the game and I've been feeling amazing! It's good to be back and use my body again. Hope youre all having an amazing day! Going to Italy this next week so I'll be filming all of that! Take care weirdos!

wow, crossfit looks so difficult. it’s so satisfying seeing you and your dogs walking, gives me the motivation i need to walk with mine hahah i love your content ;)
It's hard, but it's so satisfying. You get a high on endorphins after every session haha! I'm glad I can give some motivation! I wish you well, and hope you and your dog get many beautiful walks! 😊
Do it because you want it. For your mental and physical health. Don’t base it on appearances. Base it on your happiness. Start by doing little by little. Maybe 2-3 times per week. You don’t even need a gym membership. Go for walks, do body weight exercises etc. Start with something you feel like you can manage in the beginning. Don’t push yourself above your limits, and don’t be hard on yourself. Just showing up for yourself is a win by it self ❤️

Thank you! CrossFit is definitely more suitable to me than a regular gym. :) My health is not the best and not the worst. I have som symptoms of a cold sneaking up on me, but hopefully it will pass soon Hope you're having a good weekend All the best to you!
