🏹 Still here😊 You are absolutely right …love, family and health is wealth. I have hypertension and high cholesterol and ended up taking medicine for both because genetics plays a big part in my case but I still keep trying to make it better. Moderation in all things 😅is what I tell myself and my doctor says every time she sees me mobility is so important. Keep moving . I am interested to see what you think of the collagen powder after you use it for a bit. Enjoyed the blog very much. 💕

Hi suzy i use the elemis rose de balm and totally agree its best skincare ive used .pricy but you pay for what you get i think and my skin never been so good. Also use the by terry foundation another great product .best foundation i used .love❤ both products.great vlog and funny.

Thank you, yes I use a mitt but I do like to tan my hands with it 😅🙈 The tan I use blends really well once I’ve rinsed - it’s not very often I film on tanning day 😭🤓 Xo

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and cholesterol a few years ago. What you eat really affects levels and by adapting your diet you can turn things around. I hate exercise also but I walk now in nature - go to National Trust places, woods etc. Great exercise for the heart walking. Walking in nature also lowers your BP.
High cholesterol can be hereditary - my Mum and Sister have it.
I love all those beauty products! And it’s great you are being kind to yourself and treating yourself.

Hello 🥰 I don’t live far from Preston at all about 30 mins away, i am careful about locations because I have to keep myself & family safe 🫶 Scotland is so beautiful.. you are so lucky to live there, ash took me to Loch Ness on our first Anniversary & it was the most breathtaking road trip! I love Edinburgh too but there’s much more of Scotland I would like to explore 🕊️

Oh suzy,I couldn't take my eyes off your hands, I don't know if it's my screen but you look so dark lol ,you made me laugh talking about your bum,my doctor is Spanish and I said to him a fews weeks ago that at my age I have to choose between my face or my arse, he didn't know what I was saying and my 10 minutes appointment turned into 30 minutes lol,I still don't think he understood what I was saying but I won't take any pills if it's going to make but weight on and you do look good but 40 is nothing these days, women look alot younger than my granny did ,we have all the lotions and hair dye ,my granny was grey by early 40s, have a good weekend and take care of yourself, Kate 😊🏹
