Piana died on August 25, 2017, at the age of 46 after spending two weeks in an induced coma to try and reduce swelling to the brain. An autopsy revealed "significant heart disease" and that his heart and liver weighed over twice the average amount for an adult male. He had serious health issues prior to his death, caused by massive drug overuse over a 25 year period!
princess unfortunately that's the way it will remain. No P.I. can drum up anything other than the fact that some of his internal organs were damaged. Making it difficult which organ caused the death. It's most likely the heart gave out brought on by clogged arteries. Its unfortunate Dave didn't read the report to these guys. It's pure hypocritical mentioning others life style as cause of death...yet; avoiding the obvious in Richs. How ignorant to day something in the effect of, "Gave out numbers to an investigator" First clue not police official...The police can have your cell number in split time. Officials took what they needed and wanted just after 911 call. Check out police lab report. Especially about the white powder! Yes, it was actually pre work out.. yet unknown substance to them if not a drug. About of insulin use...its for the pancreas to break down sugars for those with little to non functioning pancreas. The pancreas function is to break down sugars naturally. When it cant...this is where insulin comes in. Gotta watch those carbs...they turn to sugar.. the units they mentioned was outragious!!! For even an over abundance of carb consumption would be death to a type 1.or anyone. if the mother was at the hospita, ..things would have been clearer to her as doctors were very upfront with all in attendance. Thank Goodness his Dad was. Guess things are refused to be shared when it comes to X's. Truly sad.

Rich made a video right before he died of his "new" diet that was basically tons of rice and carbs and super low on protien.This to me showed that he knew he was ill and on his way out.
How does a diet of almost all carbs that are unhealthy show you he knew he was on his way out?

His heart was not fine. He didn't have severe atherosclerosis or anything, but his heart was extremely enlarged which is known to cause arrhythmias, which in turn can cause the heart to stop. That coupled with heavy stimulant use is a very plausible explanation for what happened to him.
Agreed how do you exercise not have enlarged heart , dont most marathon runners have enlarged hearts ? Or enlarged from the usage is different?
His heart didn’t have hardly any cardiomegaly shown in his autopsy. I’m pretty sure they are right about his death in this video. He loved insulin and carb loading. He got his size from carbs. I guarantee he took an insulin shot then was bent over to let Chanel cut his hair and had a low. His head was probably down below his heart trying to make it easier for her to cut his hair. I myself am hypoglycemic and when I have a low if I don’t get sugar in me ASAP I start to lose consciousness. I think he done just that. They induced him right away. They never said what his blood sugar level was.
I tried that 51/50 once and that was enough for me.
Such a great channel been a huge fan off dave,greg and John theres tons and tons of knowledge between these 3 guys. Rich piana is and was a great guy huge inspiration to my life i was in a dark stage in my life he made me get out that situation and take care off myself through getting back in to the gym living a healthy lifestyle i survived cancer by the motivation off rich piana long live his legacy.

Dave always says that Dallas McCarver died because of genetics. The dude would still be here if he wasn't a bodybuilder, when is the last time you've heard of a twenty year old having a heart attack and die.
Don't mean to be a jerk but Dallas was 26. But I agree with you 100% who dropped dead at that age.

I had a heart attack at 23 years old, never touched steroids and was 100% natural at that time. Undiagnosed heart problems is real, I had a weird beating heart, never knew I had it. Dallas was abusing steroids but his autopsy showed that Dallas had an undiagnosed heart condition plus cancer, that's 100% genetics but the steroid abuse accelerated his problems.
My cousin died in his 20s it does happen, what dallas had cancer too?
One more point, yes you're 100% right that Dallas would still be here but for how long? Steroids acceleration aside. It was coming, he would have had the heart attack in his 40s or 50s plus cancer was 100% coming. Remember, heart disease is the #1 killer and 95% of those people have never lifted a weight in a gym let alone used steroids

Rich Piana died from Fibrilation caused by arythmia....same as Dallas- Having this big heart that they had...plus making it race by snorting preworkout, or taking slin and going hypo....is just matter of time. Get Peter Hyatt to do a statement analysis of Chanell's post death interviews. This will reveal her true intentions. Peter Hyatt has a 100% accuracy record in the american court and since retiring has taken interest in very similar cases that don't seem to add up. Chanell being best friends with the 5% company owner is very fishy even to an untrained ear such as my own.
I remember watching a rich piana vid where he was talking about how he used to personally train a guy that was being prescribed pharmaceutical grade human growth hormone for some condition he had. The guy didn’t like taking it so he said rich could have it. Rich was ecstatic that he could get top quality GH for free. He said he took it for years until the guy moved away and he lost contact. Rich wore size 15 shoes at 5’ 10”. He had serious angrocomeglia. His heart must have been the size of a horse. GH grows all tissues in the body, muscles and organs. I think if he would’ve never touched GH he’d still be alive.

Alright, this is the first time I've seen this particular video..... However, I did see the one where Dave called possible foul play... That being said, Valentino lost my vote on the story a long time ago when he tried convincing everyone Rich was gonna be "OK" when he was in fact dyin' in the hospital... Even during this debate, he continues to trivialize things and focus on entirely non-relevant details... Bottom line, although mild arteriosclerosis and cardio megaly were both noted in the autopsy report, it was NOT a myocardial infarction... Ischemic changes were noted in the brain in spite of the fact that NO significant external injuries were noted post mortum... Rich had a LOT of enemies... I STRONGLY agree with Dave's initial impression 100%

No drugs in Pianas system??? Hello??? He was in the hospital what 2 to 3 weeks? Most drugs be out of ur system by then. Yes Riches heart was clean but his heart that was twice the size of a normal heart! This can cause cardiac arrest guys. His heart could fail anytime cuz of the size!!!

@@NittoNba44 yes enlarged but not double. The paracardial sac( the fluid bag the heart sits in) can only accommodate so big. After that the heart has no room to beat so it basically smothers the heart. With a heart twice the normal size it has no room. Dallas mc carvers was even bigger. This is what leads to heart failure. Read and ask any cardialogist. They will tell u. Athletes normally have only slightly larger hearts espeacially runners. My father was a marathon runner and his heart was enlarged. The doctors started keeping a closer eye on him as he got older.

When u have massive muscle and the anabolics with it. Ur heart can become so enlarged it can stop beating. Dallas mc carver heart was 750 gr. And he had coronary disease really bad.

Kind of a strange way to murder someone so what she knocked him unconscious then called an ambulance and sat next to him for it almost a month while he was in a coma until the family decided to pull the plug. She could have just let him die and then called an ambulance or try to suffocate him while in the hospital if there was a chance of him waking up and fingering her as trying to kill him she would have to be incredibly stupid to give him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation while waiting for the ambulance if she wanted to kill him and not get caught even though none of his assets go to her because they were not married. Rich took her on vacations and helped further her career by giving her publicity she had left him before so it's not like she was in danger and could not leave I don't see any way or reason for her to be involved in his death

Is this about the Rich Piana drug thing? Rich was open about having an Adderall issue atleast. He talked about it in a video he made about 5% mentality but he took it down a few years ago.

I viewed the interview. Besides the juice Shawn was speaking more on the political aspects of the sport. Importantly the judges and how the ifbb was run by a so called tyrant. He was an advocate for all pro bodybuilders getting some money in a event even though they didn't place in say the top 10. We know there is an edge when you use a stimulant agent with the steroids. Your a grown man knowing the consequences of. Using. You can get hooked.

I heard now they have a different procedure that's less painful

I love how the meat heads just don’t like to believe that steroids can be the cause of you’re death, their is a way to safely use them, but theirs also multiple studies that steroids can make you prone to heart conditions and a bunch of other shit by three to five times than somebody who’s never used them
