For cancer navamsa, Saturn rules 7 and 8 House.
In my chart Saturn is in 7th house in Capricorn.
7th lord in 7th and 8th lord in 7th.

In the D9 chart I have Aries Ascendant. So, 8th house falls in Scorpio. Mars is conjunct Jupiter in the 12th house in Pisces. Venus is placed in the 2nd house in Taurus.
Mam, in malviya ji case, his 8th house seems to be aspected by saturn as saturn is sitting in 2nd house in his chart if i am correctly interpreting. So, saturn has 7th aspect on his 8th house so this case also, the spouse should go first. Please correct me if i am wrong in any sense.

Sir and Madam, May I humbly put a question please- I am d9 Aquarius ascendant with ketu in 8th navamsa in Virgo. Dispositor mercury is in Gemini navamsha. Moon in tauras navamsa. Jupiter in saggitarius navamsa. Mars also in saggitarius d9. Venus in cancer(6th) navamsa. Sun in 12 th and Saturn in 7 th navamsa. KINDLY advice!
