Your voices are very calming, I almost cried at some point, I am thinking about going to terapy but I am not sure, thanks for the video

I've been listening to your podcasts and have now found your TH-cam channel which will make commenting easier. 😊
This particular podcast has been one of my favorites so far. It's fascinating to hear how an excellent psychotherapist sees and understands nuances in her clients. Please keep doing interviews with top-notch therapists and also psychiatrists, especially those who may also practice psychotherapy with their patients.
I would love for you to have some podcasts dedicated to non-pharmacological treatments especially in cases where psychiatrists might typically dole out medication. The more I learn about psychiatry and psychotherapy, the more I believe that drugs can do very little and should only be used temporarily in a crisis situation. Please address long-term medication for mental health and what really is the percent of the population who need this?

Thanks for your input. Just seeing this comment now. Wish I had seen it sooner! I will try to address these things in future episodes.

Came here looking for more information on “dealing with emotional detachment” but after listening have to wonder if this video was miss-titled 🫤 not even sure they mentioned emotional detachment once.
