Screwdrivers are the only way that I like to wake up in the morning. Pineapple is a bit of a game changer, I love it!
The Pineapple has many wondrous properties. Especially the ability to mix with booze!!
You won’t believe it, but this is the first time I’ve ever combined orange and pineapple juices. It’s great! Thanks for opening my eyes to this combination. Your videos are awesome sir!
Thank you, I'm glad you like them. Is there anything you would like to see made?

That way I am ready to welcome brothers (and sisters (^_-)) and I fuck Macron curfew!
IF WE CAN'T GO TO THE BAR, LET THE BAR COME TO YOU (BUT NOT IN THE HEAD).

Some people concider the screwdriver as a drink that is not complex enough. Personally I like it, but this version David looks FANTASTIC. Thank you for sharing it with all of us. Cheers!

@@boozeontherocks I agree!

My pleasure 😊
Definitely looks better than a regular screwdriver! This one looks drinkable! haha
It is drinkable and enjoyable.
I just made this with 2 oz vodka,3 oz, OJ,3 oz pineapple and a dash of fresh pressed watermelon. Turned out so good! I didn't have the rest of the ingredients so I improvised.
Awesome. That sounds really good.
What a great take on a the screwdriver, I would never of thought about that combo, I am giving that a try. Just recently subscribed to your channel, you have some great cocktails, you have made in your back videos which I have been watching. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much. I'm glad you like them. If there is anything you would like to see me make please let me know.
Brilliant
Thank you sir!
Classic David sayings, who need difficult, unless that's what you want. Lol
Grab a fancy glass, or not Mason jar is fine.
Don't throw ice on the floor.
Kill 2 oranges 🍊
I have to come up with a few more and continuously use them :)
This definitely looks like an improved version.
I think both of you would like this.
I’m new to your show , you are so funny you make me laugh, The other thing I like about your show I can see the ingredients, I mean the recipe
Jeff, Thank you very much. i am glad you like the show. If there is anything you would like to see made please let me know.
Could you use citrone instead of regular vodka
I made this very cocktail on Cocktail of the Week. I was half expecting a shout out. I guess you did not see the show. lol Cheers my Friend. Tasty indeed.
Thanks PJ. I thought the last episode was the Garibaldi? I will double check to see what I missed.
Definitely an improvement
It is so simple you can't go wrong.
David Edwards: 2 ounces. It is totally up to you!
Me: pours 18 ounces and a splash of pineapple and orange juice
Also me the next day: 😭

@@TheSpiritoftheCocktail Let me know what you think. They are just on the edge on sweet mix it good.
2 minutes for icing! Easy is good!
Darn it. I've lost the puck. Some days it just works.
Umm yummy 😋
Thank you :)

Thank you very much.
My youngest Labrador loves it when I throw ice on the ground. He crunches it up like it’s a bone
Labs are always fun. And eat the oddest things :)
@@boozeontherocks oh yes, mine love possum shit, it’s like chocolate to them
MY PERSONAL UPGRADE: 1 HALF OZ OF COINTREAU (YOU KNOW WHY (^_-)).I ALWAYS DO THAT IN MY RUM PUNCH: ADD SOME SWEETNESS AND ZEST TASTE TO THE ORANGE JUICE. AND BEFORE DRINK I CRUSH THE ORANGE PEEL WITH MY NEW BAR SPOON. F SHIT: SO SIMPLE, SO FRESH, SO COOL, SO TONIC, SO SWEET, SO GOOD!
I just saw you post. It is definitely an interesting idea. I will have to try it out.
@@boozeontherocks THX BRO! I TRIED ALSO WITH BRANDY FLIP (TRIPLE SEC MIXES VERY WELL WITH COGNAC=GRAND MARNIER!). BYE!
I’m Prego and in need of a drink 😩 but have to wait 🙄
There are a couple of non-alcoholic drinks that can be made from what is up. For example this one. How much longer do you need to wait?
gonna try this with a touch of grenadine ;D
How was it with the Grenadine?
could you substitute sprite for the soda water?
Absolutely. It would be a little sweeter that all.
YESSSSSSSSSS!!! Uno!!
Doce, Trace!
"UNO" is a great game btw.....
Lovely video.
If have chance, maybe can consider correct the typo on pineapple quantity.
3 oz or 30 ml?
This will make this video as prefect as your drink. Cheers.
Thank you Kelvin, I will update it.
Sir, I tried this with Absolute Vanilla vodka and it was amazing 🤩
Awesome, I'm glad you like it.
Sakto feb 14 😉
Salamat :) Thank you.
Drink these at werk all the thyme!
They are really good.
If you want a pineapple orange cocktail, use half pineapple and half orange juice. It's tasty!
Thank you Jason. I will try that.
Add salt, lemon and lime squeeze them, stir well and enjoy
That is definitely a worth while addition to the drink. I will try that.
@@boozeontherocks ur the man my brother ❤️❤️❤️
Definitely a huge improvement on the traditional screwdriver, of which I'm not a fan.
The original screwdriver is umm... not my favorite. This is good though :)
... is it too late for a Valentines ...Peaches & Cream Martini ... sounds good ...
Sounds like a great idea. Do you have a recipe in mind?
@@boozeontherocks ... 1/2 cup peach purée.or muddle a few frozen peaches..peach schnapps fav cream liquor ... like Cast & Cream....splash TrripleSec..ice and shaker action heavy ... strain into Martini up glass..you can improvise at will ...just a thought. Late tho ....sorry ...
JUST NOT THOUGHT ABOOT IT, BUT DRANK WITH ONE SLICE OF LEMON CUT AND HOOKED ON GLASS EDGE (BECOSE I DESERVE IT AFTER A HARD LONG DAY TO REST MYSELF: RIGHT BRO!).
Definitely
I hate orange juice it makes the vodka stronger so I was wondering if pineapple juice would do the opposite I love pineapple
This drink does not give that vodka taste. But if you want take the orange juice out and try it that way. The pineapple juice is sweeter than the orange juice.
@@boozeontherocks okay cool ☺️
Thought i'd share a drink I just randomly made:
"A slightly more interesting Mojito":
'an adequate amount of mint leaves'
2.5oz Cachaca
0.5oz Velvet Falernum
Juice of half a lime - about 0.5oz
tiny amount - maybe 1/4oz of spearmint or peppermint liqueur
Top with your preferred sparkling beverage
Nothing groundbreaking but I just think the cachaca and falernum add a little more character.
Let me see what I can do.
"Kill to oranges," so sad, lol!
Two of them :) lol...
You need one sounds like 👍 just saying.
Re watching the video, I probably did at the time 😄😄
I get a big cup and triple all the ingredients. 😅
That sounds really good.
love it but it is not a cocktail without a sour element it is a drink
I see your point. You could easily add some Lemon to this no problem, or some lime. depending on you tastes.
So it’s a screw driver with pineapple juice added
Pretty much :)
i got a even a simplier recipe fill a pint glass half full of pinapple juice then top it up with vodka, add ice if you wish not required, why do you tell us an "easy" recipe with ingredients 90% of us do not have, cherry what? never even heard of it pineapple and vodka tastes great withourt the extras.
I like them nice and easy as well. I do try to keep most of the ingredients to items people can usually get.
Try with tequila instead!!!
That is a great idea.
I've never been able to tolerate vodka, straight or mixed with anything. I tried this mix and it pretty much changed that. pineapple based joke for ya. when I was 21 I read that pineapple makes your semen taste better and after a week of eating nothing but pineapples...I got a lot better reviews from the burger king I was working at.
The beast in me
Awesome.
