I work at a hospital in New Jersey as an Nurse Assistant. I recently accepted a new position for medical records coordinator. I’m so excited! I’ve been directly dealing with patients for years. It’s really refreshing to learn what’s done behind the scenes. Great video Sis.

I am considering this but it’ll be my first job but I have an associates degree? Idk if you have a video about this but do you consider doing a video on how you prepared & got the job ? 😩🙏

No question is a dumb question lol.. most jobs would like you to have experience in the field your applying for. However some companies are willing to train without experience. Use your associates degrees and previous job experience to your advantage.

Lol I start school Dec 13 21 to become an MAA I’m going for the degree I think but I love how you motivate yourself to wake up and get moving 💛‼️
So I just started my job at pediatrics too, I've been working there for about 2months now and I make a lot of mistakes. Most of them are very minor, But my question for you how long did it take you to get adjusted to your job, Also im a medical assistant when I did my internship I did back office and front office but now im just doing front office and its kinda hard constantly being yelled at by patients.
I made SOOO many mistake when I first started working. It took me about 3-4 months to adjust to my job. Mistakes are going to happen because your learning something new. Make sure you have a notebook to write down notes and steps to look back on. Being yelled at all day was a big challenge for when I started. If I could give you any advice it would be to never get at their level. Always keep your tone of voice at a neutral level no matter how wrong the patient may be.

Because she clocked in at 10am . The shift was 10am - 7pm , 9 hour shift. Getting off at 5 would only be a 7 hour shift.
