Sir, with due respect sec.8 clearly stated to take a son or daughter in adoption but sec.7 stated takes on or a daughter in adoption, while interpreting the sec.7 he can adopt a son or daughter ......now question arises is there any restriction on Hindu male under sec.7 ??

Sir if A has a son B, but B is his son who is illegitinate but is made legitimate through sec 16 of hma, now B has further has a son C . I am asking that A and C has a legitimate relation with each other or after B is dead A has to adopt a son?
Again in the same example suppose C is B's son but through a void marriage now B is dead then A and C 's relation with each other is legitimate for sec11 hama1956?
@@user-yt7xh7dk1i I got ur point , bt there can be no relation , I mean A can adopt other male ,as his grand son was illegitimate Given in sec 11 (1) only apply to legitimate blood relationship. So A can adopt the son ,assuming no son/male is surviving in his family
