Regarding watching the short or not, here's why I disagree with wishing to have not watched it first. I think the reveal from Arlecchino saying she killed Clervie wouldn't hit nearly as hard as the way it was shown in the short. Why would we even really react all that much to learning she killed Clervie if we hadn't watched the short? The story quest didn't do anything to make us attached to her like the short did. So the other option if you watched the short after the story quest is then the short doesn't wow you nearly as much. I personally think that was the better way. Besides, things kinda just make more sense in her story quest overall having that background info from the short, while the quest fleshes things out and explains a lot more of the inbetween. It's not like her revealing she killed Clervie was the Big OMG Moment of the Story Quest anyway. I really fail to see how watching the short first "ruined" anything.
Apparently Childe is suffering from the strain of having to use both a Vision and a Delusion. I'm not sure that Arlecchino has a Delusion, but it seems that whatever curse she has is already amplifying her pyro abilities.
TBH Childe was using Foul Legacy transformation for about 6 weeks to fight Narwhal, he got heavily strained. As for Arlecchino, she had Crimson Moon curse first, then got pyro vision (after fully deciding to kill Crucabena) and when she was pardoned by Tsaritsa she got pyro delusion.
Definitely but I actually think it should have played way before that, back when Arlechino was telling her backstory to the traveler it was the perfect time to play the cutscene. Really wish they had put it in the actual game
it's great that they actually posted the short before this lol, it made the story quest more emotional for me cause im already familiar with clervie's character, the animated short created that connection.
So what? People can play whatever teams they enjoy and the characters they like. It's not content creators or players fault that hoyo makes most bosses so easily countered with just zhongli's shield. If they added more diverse and tactical boss mechanics in to the game it would be more difficult. Plus this is also the story mode version of the boss fight which is always easier than the actual weekly boss version.
No matter how hard you complain, you are part of a minority in the community. Majority of players are casual players who enjoy the story more than challenging gameplay.

Traveler bodies both Childe and Signora while having less power and Arlecchino wasnt even trying here.
