The reason why it was the wettest July since the 1800's Bill, was due to the fact that it was raining. A lot. Very often as well. After Michael Fish's infamous forecast about the October weather incident in 1987, I didn't take what they said seriously. If wanted to see what the weather was, I would look outside.
