It is propably Sabit Rexha a famous singer from Kavaja (central Albania).
The sog is titled "Beautiful flowers can you find in Kavaja"

you are making a gfreat effort to find informations about the rich albanian heritage sadly a lot of information got lost or is very difficult to acces (in archives or in the great minds of old people) if you are still trying to get those infos and are in albania next summer i wil be glad to try and help you
