I had the greatest ground experience of my life a few days ago flying Asiana business class into Seoul from SFO. This lounge is the best. I hope to do it again next year. Maybe from lax so I don’t have to connect anywhere en route to Seoul.
The more traveling I do, the more I am willing to get to the airport earlier to experience the lounges. Even take flights with layovers in other cities to check out certain longes.
I'm at that point as well. Free food and exploration. I'm also weird though and like to explore malls when I travel to see what "normal" life is like for locals.

So I use the DELTA Sky Club at JFK every time I fly and of course enjoy the amenities of a shower great food and a comfortable nap after work before a flight. But this.. is by farrrrrr better. I should rethink which airline I should be using lol.
Delta is accessible every time you fly Delta though (if you're entering via the Amex Platinum). Polaris lounge requires international (non-Canada / short-haul) Polaris flights.

Polaris by a landslide. The main issue is that you need to be flying Polaris internationally, so a lot harder to access regardless of your United status.

Reminder: "United Polaris is available on trans-Pacific or trans-Atlantic flights, and on flights from the U.S. to the southernmost South American destinations" I've seen a few people doing SF to NYC and get turned away (per the terms). a) Priority Pass = Yes (probably some exceptions but I haven't ran into any)
b) Centurion Lounge (Amex Plat) = Yes
