Good day sir. I had a similar issue with a 8245R. I had just replaced the seals but there was still oil weeping out. Finally found the hairline crack on the cylinder weld seam. Had no choice but to remove it, strip it back down. Got into the crack with a 1mm cutting disc and stick welded it up. That was over a year ago and still seems to be holding up.
