OMG THOSE GROMMET EYELETS ARE SINS !!! It's to maintain distance between your screw washer and the flange so the grommets isn't over tightened and doesn't dampen vibration.
Your servo grommet eyelets were in wrong! They go from the bottom up, not top down! The reason is so the rolled edge contacts the plywood and cannot cut in then!!
