Yep as a Level 450 Buck, Buck is definetly very very strong atm, Bounce House is used practically every game because of how nuts his cooldown card is and it is busted if you play alot of Buck and understand how he works with his cooldown management stuff. Love the vid Frosty!!
Man it feels validating, finally someone with a voice in the community calling this out. Been coming for a long time, although a power shift might be better than only nerfs. Veteran could chnage and Buck would be indirectly nerfed. This community takes forever to play things enough to realise how abusable some things really are.
I’m fine with the Buck having his card reverted to “on Killing Blow” but I feel like in exchange a weaker version of bounce house should be in base kit and his Ult should be reworked. Maybe it his old ability, imprisonment would be nice

no one should have more than 50% of their cooldown reduced with 1 card, maybe even with 2 cards. also with bounce house it should not knock you out of your movement ability and/or it should be effected by resilience.
Not only that but it stops your momentum. If you try to fly away with BK for example he can jump and if you are within the area of effect you stop flying and get straight down.
@@nicholasvalverde1122 what makes no sense to me is every CC ability is effected by resilience in one way or another but for bounce house. at least make it bounce you in the way you are moving and effected by resilience or something.
Torv gets shutdown hard by wrecker and resil, the nerf specifically to his own shield health was not in the name of balance but done because casuals only complain instead of looking to improve their gameplay. Sad state of affairs.
Splitting up the CC and dmg into two items sent Buck sky high in popularity. You literally have to get 3 items every match against him just to counter his CC and Dmg. Of course he needs a nerf. 70% reset on abilities.....Give me a break. Should be 40%

Theres a netshot equivilant too, where you get speed boost on net shot (cards), then buy nimble and lethality, it is pretty busted too.
