Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct (also known as the Nicholson Bridge) is a concrete deck arch bridge that spans the Tunkhannock Creek in Nicholson, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania in the United States. It consisted of more than five million cubic yards of material and was the largest concrete structure in the world, and was the largest concrete bridge in the U.S. when it opened in 1915, remaining so even 50 years later.

Hi Lee,Love the flyover with the drone. I completed a flyover from my Cessna 172 from 3500msl, as I was always fascinated with this railroad bridge and live locally. My flight and video was taken October 2016. I didn't realize the amount of interest in this local monument until I posted my video on my channel and saw all the other videos of the bridge. Yours, by far the best. Well done.

Centennial Celebration of the Viaduct on Sept. 12&13 will feature Steam Locomotive and some 20+ cars. The excursion out of Steamtown is going to Binghamton and returning. On 9/12 northbound is due at the Bridge about 12:35 PM and returning southbound to the Bridge about 5:55 PM; On Sunday 9/12 it is due at the bridge about 11:35 AM and returning about 4:55 pm. You must catch this from the Drone.

Wow! That's amazing views of the Viaduct.I think I might hafta ask Santa for a drone this year. My Viaduct video was shot from the field east of the Viaduct, but from the ground......Boring! lol.

I enjoyed this video, watched it a few times, I moved out to Indiana/Illinois area and a few people I was eating lunch with wanted to see what the music was and were amazed by the bridge and the scenery, great job. I got to go over this bridge on a steamtown train, which was on an Amtrak train into Binghampton. Caught a picture of a Red Tail Hawk looking over the side with Martins Creek underneath or Tunkhannock creek cant remember. originally from NEPA. Subscribed, if you can sub back.. thank you again.

Great shots! What type of drone were you using? I used to live in Nicholson. I miss that area.

We used a Phantom 2 Vision + for this one. The bridge is still impressive after all this time!

Lee DeAngelis Grew up in Scranton, lived in Moscow prior to moving west. Miss the area, send some more fall foliage from back home.
