  • In this video I show you how to design and to implement a current controller for a DC brushed motor. In addition, the video cover control theory, electronics and programming subjects.
    Values for resistance and motor inductance are slightly different from those ones showed in the video; however, the procedure is essentially the same.

    Congrats! A really cool project. The differences from the analysis to the implementation could be due to non linearities. Also the model is an approximation. Felicidades, muy buen proyecto!

    since you are going to do current control, in the circuit you created you failed to add the pwm that controls the input 'ENA', in the circuit you have it at input at 5v correponding with 100% of duty cycle, or not?
    There is something in your calculations that is not clear to me, because for the calculation of the amplifier you used a 0.159v? Vin, where did you get that? and what is the value of the shunt you used?
