Kubiak is an amazing player but he doesn't have hight so he can't be on the highest level. Of course he's a fighter and he can play smart but he won't be as good as other volleyball players.

you cannot really compare players across different positions. They have wildly different roles. Some of these players would probably be bad middle blockers or ultra-bad liberos and the opposite can be true as well. So please do something like this for each position. Even then I think it is impossible. The different top players on each position are so close to each other that there is really not a great argument for or against a player. For instance on opposite a team could play with Wallace de Souza, Ivan Zaytsev, Georg Grozer, Maxim Mikhaylov, Matt Anderson, THomas Edgar etc. all the top players so close in numbers etc. I mean there is something to say for players like Anderson, Mikhaylov, Kurek, Aties (and also Muserskiy) who managed to transition their roles between Oppsite/Outside or Middle/Opposite.
