Hi Brogan. We (large extended family group) are going on Arvia in July (same itinerary as you). I have followed all 4 of the Arvia vlogs, whilst recuperating from surgery, as considering going on her March 2025 to the Caribbean. I have P&O Azura to the Canaries just before Christmas this year and the Fjords on Iona in April 2024…not travelled with P&O before so these vlogs have helped massively. Thank you for the cruise tips…pop up laundry basket and laundry sheets purchased! 😊

We’re on Arvia in 76 days time.. On deck 15 not very far from where you were.. 2nd cruise for us…1st 2week one…….we’re so excited….. Nice to see everything is back to normal…. The portion sizes have definitely shrunk!! 👍🇬🇧

Great vlog. Was on the same cruise, we had a great time. I’ve been watching your vlogs for the last few days and are really enjoying them. As we have another cruise in October and April 2024 booked we were planning when I retire in April we would just look for anything last minute, but then we saw P&O’s offer of double OBC, then this morning received email offering an extra £100, so we couldn’t resist book Arvia again for June 2025. Can’t wait for next episode
So me and my wife are going on our honeymoon in 2025 (two years delayed...) on this very cruise with this very itinerary and this very ship and watching these vlogs feels like both getting hyped for the trip but also educational so I can get ahead of some questions I may have haha. My main question though is these cabins, while gorgeous, are VERY different to the balcony cabin we stayed on on Azura. The rooms were less nice, but instead of having these built in wardrobes, the cabin just had a wall between the sleeping space and the bathroom and in between the two, there was this recess with shelves and a rail, which seems bad, but was the PERFECT place to put suitcases and stuff you don't want in the way of walking in and out of the room or just around. Where on earth are you guys keeping all your big cases in this cabin when there's really no nooks to slide them into? Will have to keep an eye out as a rewatch to see what hack you come up with, as this is my main concern considering the main draw of this cruise for me is I can bring WHATEVER I WANT (the last one was a fly cruise) so I don't want to then be tripping over my ten suitcases (joking ofc)

Looks like a really lovely cabin - I've always been really impressed with how P&O have designed the cabins on both Iona and Arvia - they seem to be cabins that should age really nicely!
Your cabin is GORGEOUS!!! 😍😍😍 It's so spacious!!! And ohmyGOSH, the view from your balcony is STUNNING!!! 🌊🌊🌊The ship is just beautiful!!! The escape game looks so fun!!! I came across you your video by mistake, but enjoying it very much, can you tell me the time of year you were on Ariva. Also what the bay of biscay was like going down to LaCoruna.we were on Ariva last year from 27/10-11/11/23 the bay of biscay was very rough, so didn’t see dolphins or whales, we did see flying fish, but think that was after Gran Canaria. Looking forward to seeing others videos of yours. Such a lovely couple you are. While looking at your video actually thought I was onboard.

Just watched your cover of the cabins. I stayed on Iona recently in a single inside cabin. Whilst it's comfortable and has everything you need, just a note that it is very small. This won't be an issue if you only use the cabin to shower and sleep!
Just watching this and a) You two are absolutely adorable together (couple goals for real), but also b) when I got to the spa-day and the calming music, I was just so happy for you :) I know you guys have gone through a lot watching your other videos so you've earned it. We are in our 60’s and love to cruise on Viking and Oceania. No big shows or black tie night and no kids. We love it.

Was there sunbeds available some of the time? I noticed onboard there is a small area on deck 19 for sunbathing! Good videos by the way!

Looks like a really lovely cabin - I've always been really impressed with how P&O have designed the cabins on both Iona and Arvia - they seem to be cabins that should age really nicely!

I came across you your video by mistake, but enjoying it very much, can you tell me the time of year you were on Ariva. Also what the bay of biscay was like going down to LaCoruna.we were on Ariva last year from 27/10-11/11/23 the bay of biscay was very rough, so didn’t see dolphins or whales, we did see flying fish, but think that was after Gran Canaria.

Just watched your cover of the cabins. I stayed on Iona recently in a single inside cabin. Whilst it's comfortable and has everything you need, just a note that it is very small. This won't be an issue if you only use the cabin to shower and sleep!

What a great Vlog - have really enjoyed watching part 1 and 2. They have really inspired us and given us lots of information and tips. Only disappointed that we won't get to see the others before we go this weekend.
We really can't wait as this will be our first ever cruise and after reading some negative reviews of Arvia your videos have given us some confidence that we will have a great time on board.
