A friend of the family was in a car accident recently where their 3 year old died. Made us realize how important capturing as many moments as possible with the ones you love really is. Love that you capture yours the way you do. Always wanted, but never pulled the trigger on the Osmo Pocket, definitely will with the Pocket 2. Currently I use my Pixel 6 on a UURIG extention pole, really heavy but walking around 10 kils in the local Philippine (Mindanao) area I record my daily 'adventures' using the pocket 2 would just make my (old) life so much easier, I'm 81 and active, enjoyed the video content and quality, look forward to more.

I really enjoyed this video. I am a ski instructor and I use the DJI Pocket 1 to video my students because it allows them to see how they are skiing and helps improve their skiing while on snow. I also use it to create training video for my ski school. The only things missing on my pocket 1 are zooming and a wireless microphone. It sure would be nice to win that pocket 2. Rev Kev.

Travelling with the family and vlogging it IS A MUST! I bought an akaso V50 but the quality sucks even at 4k plus especially under low light. With DJ osmo they designed it so that youll have a decent quality even at night. Memories worth capturing. Merry Christmas!

I have a second TH-cam channel where I often ride a recumbent trike in the videos. The Pocket would be an ideal camera to film myself in those situations. Does the Do It All feature include wifi to the phone?
I ride with the original pocket a lot and one thing you should do if you get one is getting some sort of holder for the camera when you are not using it...like a pencil holder like thing on the bar. That way you can toss it in the cup because riding and trying to put it in its case is a real pain. I don't like stopping to do that.

DJI rocks and I was thinking about this with the one. I am liking the 2 a lot. My grandson loves to use my camera but it is a bit too heavy for him. With this we can take pics and videos of each other and get some great selfies and videos of each other also. He's almost 4 and I think the size is perfect to include both of us and others. This is perfect to document the kids, so that I could have a better looking end-product for those times when it isn't practical to carry around more equipment. After almost a year of being put on hold due to Covid, I'm moving across the country next month and have been planning to create a documentary on military moves with an RV cross country (As a brand new RV'er and a drone addict) with no reservations. I’ve been asked to video some real estate walk throughs by a realtor friend and I think something like this could be perfect for that. I recently bought a dji Mavic Air 2 so I will definitely be shooting some aerials as well.

thinking about using this cool little thing to capture better, everyday moments of my family since we're mostly constrained to our iPhone cameras (don't have the funds to keep upgrading phones for everyone lol) it would also be nice to try and get into vlogging and editing which is something I have been interested in since high school but haven't fully realized... would be sweet for when I go to mini trips and annual visits to my family in Mexico!

Keep your hopes up - some States in Australia have found that Real Estate sales during the Pandemic have _increased in volume and value,_ which is the opposite of what the economists had predicted. Portugal is going through a tough time (along with other European members), but everything is cyclical, so just around the corner, it's gonna get better (probably in Spring).

Does the pocket 1 accessories work with the pocket 2. Like the Osmo pocket charger case and the Osmo pocket Extension rod?

On the dji buy page, it lists the op1 handle as essential accessories for the op2 so I think the answer is yes !
Lots are compatible but the do it all and tripod bottom piece are not. The joystick does work but theres no Zoom on the P1
there is a comparability PDF in download.

thinking about using this cool little thing to capture better, everyday moments of my family since we're mostly constrained to our iPhone cameras (don't have the funds to keep upgrading phones for everyone lol)
it would also be nice to try and get into vlogging and editing which is something I have been interested in since high school but haven't fully realized... would be sweet for when I go to mini trips and annual visits to my family in Mexico!
love my pocket 2 even though I had a usb-c adapter connection problem just some 10 days into experiencing it for the first time and had to send it back to DJI.
Going to buy the combo pack tomorrow. Great review. Will use it most for travel videos.
Great i love it, Nice review, i was to buy the first pocket but my pockets are so small, and now is Impossible, to buy this new One... I loose some things for this pandemi c, my job and other things... Keep up the great work, love to the channel... This is amazing for RealEstate trying to find some job... Keep your hopes up - some States in Australia have found that Real Estate sales during the Pandemic have _increased in volume and value,_ which is the opposite of what the economists had predicted. Portugal is going through a tough time (along with other European members), but everything is cyclical, so just around the corner, it's gonna get better (probably in Spring).

With this, I would finally be able to record my memories in public, since it's pretty small and less awkward than using a phone/camera. I would use it to be the designated memory keeper for my friends and family. (thnku for such a detailed review)
