A friend of the family was in a car accident recently where their 3 year old died. Made us realize how important capturing as many moments as possible with the ones you love really is. Love that you capture yours the way you do. Always wanted, but never pulled the trigger on the Osmo Pocket, definitely will with the Pocket 2. I have been planning on starting a TH-cam channel of my own... I take photographs locally and have thought about starting a vlog style channel about the adventure of taking the photos... I have a fimi palm atm but the pocket 2 would be a serious upgrade for the quality and maybe the encouragement to actually post my videos
Currently I use my Pixel 6 on a UURIG extention pole, really heavy but walking around 10 kils in the local Philippine (Mindanao) area I record my daily 'adventures' using the pocket 2 would just make my (old) life so much easier, I'm 81 and active, enjoyed the video content and quality, look forward to more.
I incredibly loved the videos I created using my DJI Osmo pocket 1, and can see great improvements made in this second version DJI Osmo pocket 2. I really enjoyed this video. I am a ski instructor and I use the DJI Pocket 1 to video my students because it allows them to see how they are skiing and helps improve their skiing while on snow. I also use it to create training video for my ski school. The only things missing on my pocket 1 are zooming and a wireless microphone. It sure would be nice to win that pocket 2. Rev Kev.
I have a second TH-cam channel where I often ride a recumbent trike in the videos. The Pocket would be an ideal camera to film myself in those situations. Does the Do It All feature include wifi to the phone?
I ride with the original pocket a lot and one thing you should do if you get one is getting some sort of holder for the camera when you are not using it...like a pencil holder like thing on the bar. That way you can toss it in the cup because riding and trying to put it in its case is a real pain. I don't like stopping to do that.
Travelling with the family and vlogging it IS A MUST! I bought an akaso V50 but the quality sucks even at 4k plus especially under low light. With DJ osmo they designed it so that youll have a decent quality even at night. Memories worth capturing. Merry Christmas!

DJI rocks and I was thinking about this with the one. I am liking the 2 a lot. My grandson loves to use my camera but it is a bit too heavy for him. With this we can take pics and videos of each other and get some great selfies and videos of each other also. He's almost 4 and I think the size is perfect to include both of us and others. After almost a year of being put on hold due to Covid, I'm moving across the country next month and have been planning to create a documentary on military moves with an RV cross country (As a brand new RV'er and a drone addict) with no reservations. Keep your hopes up - some States in Australia have found that Real Estate sales during the Pandemic have _increased in volume and value,_ which is the opposite of what the economists had predicted. Portugal is going through a tough time (along with other European members), but everything is cyclical, so just around the corner, it's gonna get better (probably in Spring).

Very useful review but I don't have dji pocket 2. I just learned to make videos using the phone, I want to use it for the next video. Looks more comfortable to hold and nimble right?
The pocket two definitely got some upgrades! I just want it because during these times I’ve realized that memories are better if you have them recorded! Having an amazing quality gimbal in your pocket makes those moments to capture way easier! I wish I could get this camera Love your videos!

Does the pocket 1 accessories work with the pocket 2. Like the Osmo pocket charger case and the Osmo pocket Extension rod?

On the dji buy page, it lists the op1 handle as essential accessories for the op2 so I think the answer is yes !
Lots are compatible but the do it all and tripod bottom piece are not. The joystick does work but theres no Zoom on the P1

Portugal is going through a tough time (along with other European members), but everything is cyclical, so just around the corner, it's gonna get better (probably in Spring).

Very useful review but I don't have dji pocket 2. I just learned to make videos using the phone, I want to use it for the next video. Looks more comfortable to hold and nimble right?

The pocket two definitely got some upgrades! I just want it because during these times I’ve realized that memories are better if you have them recorded! Having an amazing quality gimbal in your pocket makes those moments to capture way easier! I wish I could get this camera

I actually recently got the one & I shoot and document my band all the time so that is what I would be using it for. Band videos and some nature shots of where I live. Almost got the 2 but I couldn't wait for the release :(
I’m about to start my own travel vlog and I heard this woukd be the perfect cam for that. Tried using my iphone before and it’s just a bit bulky compared to this one
