This is so interesting! Electrified would have been a much better line if it was pre-reboot and I wish those operetta and jinafire vinyls came out! I also would've wanted a Catty and Casta popstar two pack
There was A LITTLE BIT of a crossover. In the Boo York movie, after Astranova was enrolled into MH, There was a cutscene where two EAH girls were facetiming with Astranova. Though I can't remember which EAH girls they were.
Personally, I'd love to see a pyramid bed where it looks like a normal pyramid, but breaks open like a geode. One side could be a room/walk-in closet and the other side could hold the actual mattress/"bed". We could even have the colors be contrasting colors that swap sides/invert by glowing in the dark. I don't know if that's too far of a design stretch, though, since I have no idea how business works. I make crafts and do designs, but I'd never be able to do the business part of things, lol.
I'll always be so jealous of the girls that grew up playing with Monster High dolls when they firat launched, cause by then I had already grown out of wanting dolls. But omg I would've KILLED for all these amazing creepy and glam looks and playsets 🤤 Damn Karens ruin everything...
@Shelly I completely understand! I was really hoping my youngest kid would get into MH as an excuse for me to start collecting but they never did. I've started collecting old sets from Ebay.
Another noteworthy mention: Before classroom Draculaura was scrapped, there was also going to be a classroom Operetta, which would've been her introduction to the line. Garret Sander has images of her concept art and prototype doll in his instagram.
When I was younger I had tons of good uncommon dolls like Jinafire, the cat celeb from boo York (I forgot name) I had Torali and the pirate goul from the ghost movie (so sorry it was a while ago) Now I have none
Y’know, I can understand not everyone had the “spooky” childhood I did, but I feel like if a kid actually found “dolls parts come off” too creepy of a concept, their parents would have way more than cute monsters to worry about. Kinda ironic when you remember back in the ghouls’ parents’ heyday, monster movies were seen as kids’ stuff.
also my theory on why draculaura was supposed to be in the drama program, so the dracula book made by barn stoker (that is where lord stoker got his name in frights camera action), his book was based off of others horror books and also a little bit of theater and in one webisode draculaura was the one who got the role over clawdeen and i think cleo, anyway that is my theory on why she was going to be in a drama set
did anyone else like the orange dawn of the dance boxes better? it would have been so cool and unique! I hope they do another re release of the dotd line with the orange box and lagoona's original shoes
How the hell would replacement hands be two creepy when one of the titular characters' shticks is that she loses her limbs!? Plus, children regularly both accidentally and purposely decapitate their dolls?
my guess is the orange boxes would have been labelled "too much halloween-esque" for global audience. and agreed, some extra hands would have been "handy" haha. but maybe "too much", i think mattel isn't against customization, as long as they control the process, that's what CAM packs were for. it's more profitable to sell another Frankie with a new outfit, than to sell spare parts to repair your old doll.

i would love to see you do videos on ever after high and bratz! it's bittersweet to know that there are so many lines/dolls/etc that have been teased or in the works that just never surfaced into stores.
Lots of really cool Monster High dolls and sets that didn't get released or were changed, love the Ghoulia bed set, I prefer the faces and make-up on the original dolls but the stronger bodies on the new reboot dolls were great, it's weird they say people thought they were to scary for kids as so many kids loved them and the doll isle in the shops always had people buying and checking out the Monster High dolls, I never came across anyone who was freaked out by them, love them all and would be great if they eventually came back in all there Monster glory, love your vid 😍💖
I remember hearing about how other parents (my friends parents) didn’t let them have MH because they were scary. My mom, being goth and into horror movies and such, thought they were absolutely adorable (I think Draculaura was her fav, she loved vampires). I just couldn’t have them cause we didn’t have a lot of money at the time :,).
can we just discuss how Karen’s are saying how the dolls are too scary but yet the band literally came out with a “it” inspired doll and it sold out so quick. So Karen’s your talking about the dolls were too scary but yet some of you buy the ”it” inspired, an ‘r’ rated scary movie, doll for your kids?
I’m starting to believe I have a gloom beach prototype or maybe just one that looks extremely similar? It’s from Indonesia and is a Draculaura, her face is very different from the gloom beach Draculaura I saw on stores at that time but I didn’t knew why. Her eyes are more cat like (large) not circular as shown in the line but idk if it’s a prototype or just a defective one...
Please do the videos on unreleased products from other doll lines! This is super interesting and I definitely wouldn't have known about all of this stuff otherwise :)
I SOOOOOO wish we got spectra's gory gazette, ghoulia's clock bed and cleo's pyramid bed. And I would have liked the fashion pack hands, the would have been so cool!!!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
This was a great idea for a video. I am fascinated with the ones that were never released. I had seen two of the howling hoodies clothing pieces for sale on ebay and I really should have bought them but they were almost 100 dollars each. Someday I plan on making a custom set of the tea party line as well as the other original gals in tall form.
In my opinion, Monster High HAD and STILL NEVER scared me! And it’s not just my opinion...THIS IS TRUE! I’ve always loved the characters, their “Freaky Flaws,” their Killer Styles, and their Heritage (a.k.a. Monster word they use is “Scaritage”) Draculara will always be my favorite, she’s kind, stands up for herself and others, and she...well......let’s just say that she gets angry, extremely easily! And boy, does she get extremely mad! Anyway, I can’t stand that Monster High is no longer making anymore dolls! Monster High was my inspiration! I want it to keep going, don’t stop! Please, is there someway you could get Monster High to be more popular than before? Like maybe take down the Bratz? Because I’m no fan of them, their so ugly! Please, HELP ME SAVE MONSTER HIGH!!!
I'm so happy to have such cool parents. When we first saw these dolls in Toys R Us, I think my mum was just as excited as me and my sister 😂 They are so unique and way cooler than the Barbies I would play with.
Guys I have a question that it's in my mind since I bought C.a. Cupid first wave ever after high (since 2 or 3 years now): I noticed that the quality of this doll that I own is different from the other of my collection. Her skin is shiny which shouldn't be, her socks aren't tight at all...after noticing these details I checked the base of the stand to see if she was made in Indonesia like the other dolls that I have but I found out that she's made in China. Also the base of the box is slightly different from the other boxes. I don't know if the fact that she's made in China means that she's not original, please help

This is so interesting! Electrified would have been a much better line if it was pre-reboot and I wish those operetta and jinafire vinyls came out! I also would've wanted a Catty and Casta popstar two pack
The kitsune concept is adorable and really interesting! Completely missed opportunity 😔💅🏼
I WANT THEM TO RELEASE THEM
I actually have that scaris jenifire but she has a broken head and leg...
@I_drinkchocolatemilk :p mine too! I also like catrine demew.
@I_drinkchocolatemilk :p mine too
Wasn't Spectra's preliminary last Von Hauntinton? Ari's last name is Hauntinton.. I have a personal headcannon that Ari and Spectra are cousins.
I really would have loved that little stationery set as a kid. Dolls that came with a cool-yet-functional accessory were the best.
Yo I’m so pissed we didn’t get an EAH MH crossover movie
Same
There was A LITTLE BIT of a crossover. In the Boo York movie, after Astranova was enrolled into MH, There was a cutscene where two EAH girls were facetiming with Astranova. Though I can't remember which EAH girls they were.
@@indigoethers8912 yeah the crossover movie was supposed to happen after
Personally, I'd love to see a pyramid bed where it looks like a normal pyramid, but breaks open like a geode.
The drama club Draculara looks so cute a shame she was never made
Omg howling hoodies were so cute ;w; they would of been so nice if they came out
I'll always be so jealous of the girls that grew up playing with Monster High dolls when they firat launched, cause by then I had already grown out of wanting dolls.
Those Ghoulia sets look so cool I'm so upset they never got released
4:47!I REALLY wanted this one but I can never find it anywhere!!
I would have definitely bought the gory gazette play set if it was in the stores. Seems like a cool concept
Another noteworthy mention: Before classroom Draculaura was scrapped, there was also going to be a classroom Operetta, which would've been her introduction to the line. Garret Sander has images of her concept art and prototype doll in his instagram.
I feel like all the reboot prototypes looked better than the actual reboot dolls we got.
i prefer the prototype electrified Clawdeen, did you notice that the prototype box said 7 hair accesories while the finalized one said 6?
I really like the spectra set.Its so much better than the previous one.
Once again I would like a video of the unreleased dolls from other franchises as well! ☺️
yeah like if there were for rainbow pacific coast and shadow high
Me: looks at the sleepover vinyles
My cousin: has both the spectra and the clawdeen ._.
How-

How- im jealous :O

When I was younger I had tons of good uncommon dolls like Jinafire, the cat celeb from boo York (I forgot name) I had Torali and the pirate goul from the ghost movie (so sorry it was a while ago)
Now I have none
horselover the cat girls name was catty noir
Honestly the alarm clock Ghoulia bed sounded so lit, I would use it if I could 🥲
3:46
Honestly, I hate the reebot it makes her look.. sickly skinny in a way
did anyone else like the orange dawn of the dance boxes better? it would have been so cool and unique!
All of those unreleased reboot dolls would have been so much cooler than some of the other reboots!😂
ok the operetta vinyl😭 the prototype river😭😭 AND THE KITSUNE CHARACTER 😭😭😭 I WANT THESE SO BAD OMG👁💧👄💧👁💞 it’s so crazy to think about that clawdeens ears were originally supposed to be a headband omg🤣 Amazing Video!!!🖤🖤✨✨
Hey, Clawdeena, I don’t know if you’d be interested in this topic, but can you do a deep dive on the Begoths dolls? I’m trying to figure out what happened to them.
it’s so sad how some brands have so many good ideas but don’t go through them
The old monster high dolls were so beautiful 😍 The new ones look like cheap alien costumes from 50’s horror movies
I would love to see more videos about cancelled dolls like Bratz and Ever After High 😊
I would have loved that Spectra playset.
Unreleased Ever After High doll video would be wonderful!
my fav unreleased one has to be the draculaura classroom doll.... her design is so pretty n i would've loved to see what extra accessories she came with!!!
The extra hands!! Why are suits making these decisions.
It's a shame that the howling hoodies line never got released, the unique decora look made it feel like the first good idea to come out of the reboot.
I think there was also a wave of the minis that was never released. I know at least that there were images of a Clawd wolf mini and from what I’ve been able to find it was never actually released
i would love to see you do videos on ever after high and bratz! it's bittersweet to know that there are so many lines/dolls/etc that have been teased or in the works that just never surfaced into stores.
3:11 memories...my old DJ playset :(
OMG I HAD THE SAME
Also... I really loved the vinyl line and was so disappointed when the ones revealed at toy faire were never released
can we just discuss how Karen’s are saying how the dolls are too scary but yet the band literally came out with a “it” inspired doll and it sold out so quick. So Karen’s your talking about the dolls were too scary but yet some of you buy the ”it” inspired, an ‘r’ rated scary movie, doll for your kids?
Definitely would love a video discussing unreleased EAH products!
Ghoulia’s ughtastic bookends might have been cancelled cause the grave part might be a little disturbing for kids
Grave alarm clock was a different set. Still, I'd want both of them! 😁
The ghostly tea party line still has me so sad they never released, I genuinely wanted Ari and Clawdeen :(
The prototype packaging for the the party ghouls was so good! I don't get why they didn't go with it.
You are my favorite TH-camr, keep up the good work!
Same
That last sketch would have been the coolest one every! I would own that! I’m so sad that never came out.
Yes, make this a series, I want to know about all the unreleased doll brands~
oooohhhh i really like skelita's prototype headband!!! its so cute i wish they kept it. Also yes please i really wanna see those unreleased bratzillas
Everyone’s talking about the Howling Hoodies line but do you see how cute the drama club Draculaura was-
This was a great idea for a video.
Ughhh I feel bad that they limit the Creative work of the toy designers 🥺🥺 these were so good and what made me fall in love with monster high
yay she posted❤️
I’m watching this during my break between classes, stg found your channel a while ago and I’m obsessed!
