I love your work! And I love learning from you as I watch you work the different layers of colors and textures of gel, it's really amazing! These are very nice, but I am wondering why your own nails are so very flat? It almost looks like a flat bug shell is just layed on your nails. They can't have much structure to them. Is this a thing from wherever you are because I have never seen them anywhere else so I am curious. we

Jomama 02 This is a correct shape on my nails and it’s not just a “shape where I’m from”. I would guess that you are used to nails that are incorrectly built and that’s why this looks different to you. When you have a properly built structure you have hidden the strength within the nail and is not be visible to the “untrained eye”. Hope this clears any questions out for you.
My are we sensitive or what? Watch this video and look at your nails, not the ones you are doing. I do not have a untrained eye. Yes structure must be built in the nail, but it still looks like a flat bug shell just plopped on your nails.

If you decide to add any kind of emotions into my answer then that’s totally up to you. There’s no way for me to explain to you about structure in a short comment like this so unfortunately this is the best answer I can give you at the moment.
Nails don't have to have bulging fat apex for structure. With straight sidewalls, extension by form, built in C curve, and the upper and lower arch in correct place, you can get away with nails that are as thin as approximately 1 bank card at free edge and 2 bank cards at apex, and slightly more for longer nails. Celina has worn these exact nails through travelling and working, so the fact that they're still intact with growth just amplifies my point that they're structurally sound.
