I live in South Australia, and it has been my dream to go and stay at the Frying Pan Tower since I first discovered it existed a few years ago. I would love to offer any help I could in contributing towards restoring this amazing structure. It's an amazing place, so is the owner. It would be awesome to be out there during a cyclone to. Good luck with your restoration, and fingers xd I will be able to travel there one day soon.
I love that you're restoring that place I think it's wonderful. Keep thinking what a wonderful place for a horror movie...no where to run. Lol. Good way to raise some money to restore it.
I don't like to eat fish, I don't like heights, and it will have to be by boat cause I've never flown in anything in my life and don't wanna change that. But there is no chance that I don't spend a week here at least once in my life. No chance
Yep. I’d be real concerned with support deterioration all over the structure from salt water and time. Without complete replacement of everything- the structure is not safe in heavy seas/ winds. 🙁
OK these people are rocking it I have been watching them for I think going on 4 years, but this doc. He said we got all the tools you will need 1 min. Later they have someone tightening a bolt with pair of vice grips! Sorry too funny!
@@stephenp6411 , wrong get your facts right if you're gonna voice your, (incorrect) opinion....he bought it in a government auction, for around 80 grand for it....🙄,duh... he even said, it was that or a new Corvette....😐 & now you know.
wow how kool-out in the Ocean-------beautiful
I love it! I’d love to spend a night there.
This really touched me deeply.

I would love to stay there but I doubt that I would get any sleep without air conditioning! I have to be cool when I sleep or I'm not sleeping!
I'd love to go there...but would want to stay longer than a weekend.
I staying there one time!
the legs are corroding soon or later it will tip over in sea

What gonna happens if a big ship crashed into your frying pan tower?
how can people donate
Google it.. I'm sure you will find it..😊
I'm leaving my comment here & going to see how long it will take me to stay here Kuwait time 3:17 PM 6 FEB 2023.
Needs that original staircase to the ocean's surface replaced.
With the stairs restored and a floating dock, would increase access, and allow a platform for diving, fishing, visitation.
Used to be something very interesting, but now it's all about the money apparently... 💰💰💰👎now it's just another rich man's play land...👎
Repairs cost money. And when you're 30 miles away from anywhere, the costs are dramatically higher.
Just wow..
How do you think you keep something like this going? From fresh air?
Richard paid like $10,000 for the tower and lives in an apartment.
