What stood out in the event was attention to detail in terms of adherence to the original composition. Even with a limited number of hands the conduction was clean and smoothly covered all areas to give a very wholesome experience to the listeners. Obviously, the musicians were experienced, but very good harmony was achieved through very good conduction. Very good work from the sound department as well! Anuradha ji, your vocals were exceptional!
R d Burman created the most heart touching compositions. Singing his songs will make anyone look good 👍

Simply breathtaking! Anuradha Ji you are a treasure! Your voice is enchanting! Such a pleasure to listen to this rendition.
Tears came from my eyes. Such a great rendition to the song, both by the singers and musicians. I am spellbound. Moreover the USP of this show is orchestration and mixing. The music is so complex (had to be. it's Pancham after all) but smooth and never overpowers each other and the vocals. I had been to several such Pancham musical evenings in Kolkata by these same original musicians, but the mixing was pretty poor, ear shattering. Many many thanks to Berklee and Mr. Vijay Dayal to make it such an extraordinary sounding event and that too in youtube. Had it been a DVD, OMG I would have relished that.
Thank you - I agree with you 100%. Phenomenal musicians, terrific conductor (Kamlesh), Berklee recording; Vijay Dayal Mixing. The event was called Aa Dekhein Zaraa ("throwing the gauntlet") because I wanted it to be the best ever R D Burman tribute in North America. I do not know if a better one was ever conducted here. Thanks to the musicians, Vijay and Berklee.

Superb rendition by both singers . Saw some comments criticizing the male singer , but I think he was fantastic . Especially the background humming when Anuradha started Jaanejaan ....Of course , no one can ever match Kishore's baritone voice , though Rafi clones are plenty . Anuradha ji , you are a great talent . My wife was a classmate of yours at DTEA . Finally , hats off to the orchestra and sound mixing . It was super perfect !
