Hi sumayya, thankyou for the amazing explanations. Before placing the lightings, calculations conditions and what are the criterias to be followed. Have you already made a video about that if not could you please do ?Or are we doing the calculations after fixing the lightings. please clear
Hi, yes they are few things to be considered before running calculation like selecting the correct utilization profile of the project. and they are 2 ways of checking lux level calc 1. place the lighting as per design and run calc to check if it meets the required lux levels. 2. place automatic lighting by selecting lux level in lux estimator calculation. both the ways are correct, depending upon the project. For more clarity I shall make a tutorial on this topic. Thank you, keep exploring the light :)
You can edit the IES files in Dialux LDT editor but you cant create one. Let me research more on this question and I will keep you updated if I find any new solution
Can u tell me after importing cad file suppose dimensions are in feet in cad layout so after importing in dialux how to consider the exact dimensions I tried but still giving wrong value
when you import cad file in Dialux evo, first it asks you to set origin. After you set origin, it asks you to specify the scale. In scale drop down list you have measuring units. (like ft, inch, mm etc). Suppose your file is in inch , specify in scale in Dialux evo as inch only. Dialux converts that inch into metres. Video for this , I have already made. Please check the link below. th-cam.com/video/qF7k6sgpfCM/w-d-xo.html
