    There is a walkway which has luminaires and provides the light on the walkway floor with 4000k temperature. The luminaires are fixed at 1.2m height near to the walkway. There is also 12m column which has light and the colour temperature for the 12m column light is 2000k. Does this affect the vision of the person walking on the walkway with two different (2000k and 4000k) colour temperature. Can you simulate this in the dialux evo? The walkway lighting is fixed on the balustrade.

    • @SumaiyaEliyaz
      @SumaiyaEliyaz หลายเดือนก่อน

      The walkway has lights with a color temperature of 4000K installed at a height of 1.2m. There’s also a column light at 12m that has a color temperature of 2000K . The difference in these light colors can affect how a person sees the area. However, since the column light is so high, its brightness will be reduced by the time it reaches eye level, so its effect on visibility might not be significant. It’s also important to check the wattage and intensity of both lights, as brighter lights can have a bigger impact on how we perceive the space. Yes we can simulate this using Dialux Evo, as it can help us see how these factors work together.

      Hi, For a 10' x 10' office area (100 sq. ft.) with a requirement of 1 watt per sq. ft.: • Total Power Required: 100 watts. • Lux Level: Aim for 300-500 lux for optimal office lighting. This may require adjusting the number of fixtures or their efficiency. Recommended Lighting Layers: 1. Ambient Lighting: General lighting to cover the entire space. 2. Task Lighting: Focused lighting for work areas to reduce eye strain. 3. Accent Lighting: Additional lighting to highlight specific features or areas. Layering lighting will ensure even distribution and enhance the overall workspace environment.
