Hit me up with any questions on boards or anything regarding the GoPro Mini. Super hyped on how well the POV turned out for a pretty average day shredding:)
This was sick! I’d totally love to see more of these kind of videos! This content is much more relatable to me than the pros doin the crazy tricks (still like that a lot too), so even if you aren’t reviewing boards, I’d totally watch you just ride and have fun like in this video.
Yeah do more of these, your POV footage is exciting to watch cause you rip super fast. I thought I rode fast but I would never hit that mogul field at top speed on what looks like pretty hard snow. The jump footage was dope too, real steezy
Man, I can't imagine hitting those lines so fast, especially with all the bumps and moguls. That was crazy! I have a Party Wave and use it either in early season as a rock board, or in POW. It sometimes feels like a bus. I think I need to try your settings on the back binding. Bataleon makes some great boards. My favorite board last year was my Whatever. It's so easy to ride, and I'm just hitting intermediate level.
My guy you sold me on that Camel 2. That thing is a mountain destroyer and exactly what I’m looking for. Speed and style hella steezy. Keep going up bro 🤟🏾 congrats on the collab 🔥
Absolutely loved this vid Spenny, everything you shoot and upload is always top draw, but seeing this alternative footage and the man behind the cam is great… fuck you smashed that mogul field…. Warp speed!! Keep them coming!
I loved this video. I was trying to decide which of these to get later this season when my Party Wave gets to the end of its life, and the Camel 2 sounds perfect. Your riding style is what I aspire to have. The casual 180s, 360s, and methods through the trees and park are so smooth
Damn that Hero 11 mini is legit, footage looks amazing compared to my Hero 9, some subtle differences but the way the outer landscape is captured while you’re going at high speed really looks dope. Maybe it’s just your riding but in the past I felt POV footage never seemed to capture the intensity of the experience of high speed riding
This is sick, super helpful mang. Much prefer this to the traditional review videos littered on TH-cam. Just copped a Party Wave Plus so hyped to put er through the ringer this season

What a savage stuff!! So enjoyable to watch! I bought the Thunder, after a huge hesitation with the Camel two. I wanted something still pretty versatile to do mostly slopes, pow and a bit of freeride. I finally chose the Thunder. But hell the Camel two looks so good. I feared it was more of pow board. Well, I haven't tried my new board, so I'll see.
I just picked up a camel 2, the guys at green room in Orange County pointed me toward it instead of the thunder actually. I was surprised since i as well thought the camel 2 is for pow
Good choice. You won’t be disapointed and the Thunder also has a better/ faster base then the Camel two. I have had the first gen Camel Two and didn’t like is comparing it to the Boss wich I also had. Now I have the Thunder and the Surfer .
Thanks for the video. As soon as I finished watching it I went online and I found a Camel Two 21/22 in 157 with a 45% discount. I didn't think I would be able to be back on a Bataleon board as the prices rised and my 2011 EvilTwin is in a very bad shape. The 3BT feeling is awesome and unique! Also I want to comment that I enjoyed the Bomb Hole episode with you as a guest and I am really happy to se good and talented people such as yourself, live their lives as they deserve 💪.
The board is great for my level and style of riding. It will be my daily driver, and I will only use my freestyle board for days at the snow park. I even made a video about how hyped I am on the board : th-cam.com/video/SZWuxvQwyCw/w-d-xo.html
Wow incredible riding and great views. What Bataleon do you suggest for intermediate/ advanced free rider that likes carving, side hits, fast groomers, going through trees and rarely switch?
I wouldn’t be on the PW+ if it weren’t for seeing you rip the shit out of it the past few seasons. It‘s been my daily driver in CO just a freaking workhorse. Love the channel nice to see some fresh ideas 🤘
I love bataleon boards. Have the magic carpet, surfer, and party wave+. Honestly my fav is the magic carpet- high 3bt, switchable, stable as hell through chop. Surfer is the only pow board I’ve had and it’s awesome. Soft and nimble through the trees but great on edge as well. Party wave + is fun as hell but I always gravitate more to magic carpet. 3bt is legit, it has literally changed my riding for the better. Always feel less scared of catching an edge doing sketchy shit, riding powder, and frankly riding flats. Great boards.
Excellent video style it really helped me decide on Camel Two. Just for size I'm 5'7 and 140lbs. Do you think the 153 is a good choice or could it be a bit too much to control?
GREAT REVIEW......I have the Surfer and the Goliath. Not sure why using the Surfer was more fun than the Goliath at Beaver Creek. Maybe it was the uniqueness of the board but it just felt better in all conditions. I thought the Goliath was an all mountain board but perhaps the Camel 2 would be better than the Goliath. I should mention I started snowboarding in 1990 when I was in the Army in Germany....so maybe the Camel maybe more forgiving than the Goliath for us older folks. (I'm assuming you have tried the Goliath - sorry for asking if you have not).
Keep the Goliath because the Camel two won’t bring you much more. I have had one and I didn’t think it was much of an improvemend comparing it to the Boss or the Goliath. They both do well for allmountain riding. And if you want a other board then the Goliath then I would sugest The Thunder or The Thunderstorm. The Thunderstorm is the a board as the Thunder. Bataleon has had the Storm ( woman ) and the Thunder ( men ) and made one model linefrom those. You would love the base on that board!
Thanks for all the great content. Is the Camel 2 that you are riding a special color wave for you? This years Camel 2 is does not look like the light blue one youre riding. Cheers!
You mounted your rear binding up all the way fwd and your lead binding in the center. This created more tail stabilization no? Would you recommend this on the icecoast as well as pow riding? (Only my 2nd season strapping in)
I like to do it just to have a little narrower stance and a bit more control on my tail for going switch. I'd try both and see what you like. Stance's are a lot of personal preference and everyone's body is different but I enjoy this setup
No bataleon bindings eh? Surprised to see you on a 57 party wave. I’m 190 and ride a 54. It loose enough to bomb through some crud but that tail does feel short on big landings. Maybe I missed out on the Camel 2.
