THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR WATCHING!!! Just to beat any of the comments telling me about it, I noticed the media offline screen near the start of the video. I'm so sorry about that I have no idea how I didn't catch it on my check over watchthrough 😖. Unfortunately I can't fix it without reuploading the entire video so there's not much I can do about it now. I'll be sure to check closer in the next reel OTL
One time I had the deputy of my clan (a tom) come back with two mysterious kittens and "refuse to talk about their origin" which, alright, weird, but at least he's taking care of his kittens. Then, literally the NEXT moon, he brings TWO MORE kittens and also refuses to talk about their origin. It takes a few moons for the cats to get pregnant and give birth, and the second litter of kittens was younger than the first, so this guys has TWO secret baby mommas. Then, like 2 moons later, he runs away with a random rouge tom, leaving his kittens in the clan to be taken care of. I love this game.
I think it got cut out in the edit, but there's a setting to allow for same-gender cats to have kits! I always have that turned on when I play ClanGen! (and if I didn't, they're coded to be more likely to adopt should they decide to get together! ^U^/))
I think you might be playing on an older version of the game, the stable release is currently on V0.12 and youre on V0.9 21:30 I had something similar when I was starting one of my clans; my first leader started off with like three bars of dislike for her deputy who was pretty much fresh out of her apprenticeship when she generated, lol. That leader also didn't particularly like the deputy who took her place when she died, either 23:40 I was personally sortof against the idea of having mediators in my clans because I wanted any relationships to come naturally, but I eventually decided that whenever one of the cats had a thought where they were wondering if they should become a mediator instead, I would generate a number between 0-99 and try to roll it with a D100 to see if they actually became one
I’ve noticed a bit a of a pain with the hate system is that 9 times out of 10 the cat will kill the cat they hate, well for me at least, maybe I just have awful luck Even cats that I thought had good morals just go about killing so easily- A leader in one of my clans, Flickerstar, started out as just a nice, insecure, thoughtful warrior who got made leader much to early, and then just randomly killed one of the warriors cause he hated that one? The guy didn’t even do anything wrong nor did he hate Flicker back, Flicker just despised him for no real reason
