Personally i do a bunga of 3 metres parna, outer ear, then a 1 metre over ear to shape out the bunga round. Then 7 metres (dumalla) which i tie a knot in the start(not around my head - just before putting on my head) and put the knot side behind my bunga like a ramal. So the dumalla's first lar is basically infront of me, turn it into a lar and start tying! I have big ears so its super comfortable for me.
