I wish this video existed when i made mine in 2017. I guessed all my measurements and i used 4way stretch fabric over my EVA foam. Definitely good work man. Im already halfway making my 2nd shield from scratch again and i just found this video a week late 😅
Yeah, I tried to break it all down and share exactly what it takes to makecthecshield and get a good shape. I did not start making videos til 2019/2020 so you were ahead of me. I am making my next shield with the stretch fabric method
I want you to know you're the man for doing this. Im getting a green ranger suit together and im going to have to create my own dragon shield rather than commission for it just to save some bucks.

I have a question what mm of eva foam did you use for 7:15? Was is 4mm or a thinner type?

What measurements would you do for a 6 year old?
You would have to measure the 6 year old and use their size. You can customize the shield size using a chest and shoulder measurement.
