Toro Powerlite Single Stage Snow Blower: Will It Start? Let's Give It A New Primer Bulb!

Getting this Toro single stage to run, and putting a new primer bulb on it! Hope this helps anyone that needs to work on this model or anything like it. Model number of blower is 381182 Powerlite 98cc engine. 16" width two stroke.
